The second upper day i focus more on vertical presses and different rowing variations.

Pushing exercise were okay ,but i feel like ur back portion is not that great..U dnt have any vertical pulls + its too low o a volume

Vertical pulls are on my lower days, i average between 12-15 sets of back a week.

@@TomEssTrainz why would they be on ur lower days that doesnt make any sense ..What actualy makes sense if u wanna train back every day (i assume thats what u do since u do upper lower) is that u do lower body and horizontal pulls and than vertical on upper .U dont work ur lats doing legs but u def train upper and mid back on legs (deds,squats ext..)

@@michalcerny8960 it makes perfect sense, vertical pulls give spinal decompression after axial loading exercises. Lats get engaged from hip hinges. Doing it this way allows me to hit upper back 4x a times a week rather than 2x a week like your suggesting = better gains. Training doesn’t need to be rigid, you can train upper body on lower days and vice versa, there’s no set in stone rule.

@@TomEssTrainz i do upper lower 6x times a week ..Since u said lats work during deads (which they do but not a lot ,just stabilization ) and we agree that squats and deds work upper back ,than i am training back every single day xDD.Since i get stimulus for my lats (tiny bit )and traps (nothing too serious)from legs and i do both vertical and horizontal pulls on upper.Compound movements on leg days train the back usually just for stabilization and dont go hrough any range of mtion xDI take that as active recovery for my back actually since the stimulus is almost none existent especially for lats .So it kinda doesnt make sense to do legs and back and then go and train back the next day aswell .BUT IF IT WORKS FOR U MAN XD.I am not hating or anything,but ur def incorrect on this.

@@michalcerny8960 your dogmatic view is incorrect. If you train upper and lower 3 times a week each then most likely your intensity is piss poor hence why you need such high frequency and volume. But if it works for you…
