Well you can use natural remedies like put some Colgate toothpaste the very clear stick white one, Rub a little on your face, then there’s the aloe you can get an arm cut it up crushed it swollen a piece clean your system out and used the rest for your face and your hair.🙏🏿🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲⭐️🌍🎥it will change you from this😱 to this 😇, well let me know but I’m not selling anything I’m just old school, continue to be blessed.

You are spot on when it comes to Korean skin and health practices I have never been healthier in my life except when I lived in Tungdecheon, Korea for 2 and1/2 years!!!! I would drink tea with no sugar, I ate Kimchi and sticky rice everyday even for breakfast in the military eggs I would eat 4-6 a day it’s good for your libido!!!!😂😂😂 No but seriously I embraced the culture and healthy lifestyle my hair was long, nails and skin and body on fleek I have always been small when I got back to the states I noticed what we eat and our environment has a huge effect on our health and aging process period!!!!🥰😘😘😘😘

love your videos ❤…this one was so relaxing. I needed it on my day off. I love Alitura Skin care. It was developed by a male model who was in a horrific accident and he found not skin care was healing…it’s fabulous. I’m not as crazy about his meteorite scrub, but I only got a sample of it pre launch and I heard he changed it after feedback. I use the gold serum a.m and p.m. and I also use the night cream in the p.m. but in the a.m. as a primer. I use Skin Medica aha bha exfoliating cleanser two times a week and the rest a soap free cleanser that mild and fragrance free. I get botox preventatively every 3 months and I’m about to turn 60 and I look way younger. I started in my teens taking care of my skin and using products that actually work. I have gotten filler too but won’t ever do that again, it’s just not for me (no shame or shade to anyone that does). I watch Dr. Dray the board certified dermatologist on youtube and follow all the advise for her skin care recommendations (she has all price ranges for anyone’s budget).

One of my practices, I have been doing this for 15-20m years now is washing my face with an acne fighting face wash. I never wash my face with regular soap except if I have no other option.
My skincare has pretty much been the same since my twenties I’m 46 now I don’t use any soap on my face,peeler or scrubs. I wash my face only with Neutrogena oily skin cleanser then brightening toner with vitamin c and witch hazel,rose infused serum then I moiusturize my face with ponds and that’s it I don’t have pimples and my skin is pretty even tone really simple cause I have super sensitive skin so I can’t use a lot of things on my skin hope this helps you!!!🥰😘😘😘

Your new hair and makeup are beautiful. Also, castor oil is really good for your skin, too, and eyebrows and eyelashes, etc. The castor oil has helped my eyebrows to grow, and it really does work. Hey Morgan...👋🏾 I was minding my own business...until you made those taco's...and now i cant stop thinking about it until i make me some...🥬🧅🧀🌮😋 I tried to copycat your breakfast tacos in the prev vid, and it didn't taste that great...so I went to Subway and ordered a 12' flabread (bc they didnt have soft taco shells) w/ egg and all the veggies except for pickle...w/ a side of gauc and mayo packets...OMG! They nailed it!! 🍳🥬🥑🧅🌶️🧀🥒🥗🌯😋 So... Great breakfast recipe!!!😋
