Daily selfcare in food and products give me life! i wake up early drink cucumber water and a cup of green tea and just sit there and Enjoy it. Going to the farmer's market on a slow day no rush so i can walk around and Enjoy picking and looking at fruits, veggies nd supplements. I hate rush rush rush and lets do stuff we see on IG. I made chickpea coconut curry with jasmine rice and it oddly brought me bk to life so i made it twice. A joint in the shower while playing jazz music allows me to Enjoy my vibe to go do wherever for the day. I worked between 6/7 days a week, and it got too much. I now only work 5 days, which is still full-time. I don't work overtime now. If you feel overwhelmed, I like to put on a tissue mask and lay and relax with eye patches, and it always feels great. There's nothing worse than when you feel overwhelmed, and it all gets too much, but just take a step back, and you will feel better for sure. Hi Morgan, I understand the "go" life. I'm 29 about to be 30 in August and still on GO mode since 18 yrs old. In My 30s I'm definitely going to be living my soft classy life. I'm setting myself up now to be able to get that soft classy life by August. I've been an entrepreneur with side hustles since 20 but I want to start a career to where I can work then reallt enjoy life without having to worry about grinding so much to make money. Girl, I know exactly how you feel. I live right outside of Downtown Nashville & all I do is go to school, do content, & sleep. I don't have any local friends because the ones I did have, did me dirty years ago. So I just rock with myself or my sister. I'm older than you (35), so I'm not really sweating going out to clubs & stuff, but at least having a friend to catch a meal/movie, go shopping or something with would be the ideal. With god's blessing I will be out of Tennessee in 1-2 years anyways. So don't fret, you're not alone at all!

When ur feeling down write it helps and if you like nature sit outside or go for a walk that fresh air and different scenery helps with ur peace of mind. I moved to a whole new state myself it’s been going on 6 years now, I’m still adjusting it’s like a whole new atmosphere from the city to the county near the woods. I’m not complaining at all , but sometimes it’s a lot especially if you don’t know anyone and I’m very particular who I let in my space. What I do is go and explore different places and different things my family is a phone call away. You will be okay.

Its ok to run a steady pace usually we are own worse enemy so hard on ourselves trying to wear every hat and do everything all by ourselves. If i could change anything about my life that would be to care more about myself instead of getting to the bag because that's all my life was about until my body started breaking down. Hi Morgan, Amani came to mind when your vlog started off 🤗 I love her lol! And Girl I definitely can relate on the friend situation. I moved to Nashville from Alabama in 2017 and went through the same phase where I was trying to make friends here but it wasn't working because they weren't genuine but that was my fault because I was looking for the type of bond that I had with an old friend back home. Like we were friends for 10 years and 3 years ago I finally had to cut ties with her because she wasn't the friend to me that I was to her, I saw it throughout but ignored it and now here I am friendless lol. I do miss her a lot. I'm in my early 30s so sometimes I'm like I'm getting too old for this, but we need friends for a reason. Sometimes I do feel every emotion there is and do the same thing, go in my shell and be MIA for a few days. My drive home is only 3 and a half hour drive so sometimes I'll just popup to my parents home just to go lay in their bed lol and that's the best feeling ever. I work for an airline so if I ever feel the need to get away, I book myself a flight and go! Maybe 1 day we can get together and hit some events, have a girls day out or take a trip together. I'm always speaking on the friend situation to my guy so he says "you'll always have me as a friend" 😊 I just take it 1 day at time

(hope that didn't sound stalkerish, hahahahahahah) ..As I said before, I am older and you remind me of my daughter trying to figure out and live in her late 20's......another note.....We so much here in Nashville.....take one day a week or every two weeks and be a tourist in your city....we have the African History Music Museum.... you should check out the birth place of Andrew Jackson in Hermitage..... and the Country Music Museum downtown, they are all really amazing.....and go to the goo-goo shop and make goo-goo's (our/the famous candy) its on 3rd...go see The Parthenon, its a beautiful park, as well as the Frist Art museum on Broadway, its free on certain days...also check out Cheekwood, a beautiful greenhouse/park of flowers ..... There's the Greenway Trail that goes through the whole city, you can pick it up at different points, good for you to take walks and refresh your mind ....just to name a few, hahahahaha. I think it's a great idea to get an editor it will free up so much time for you. I'm all for delegating tasks, especially for something like getting your makeup done. There is no point in you spending hours when you can get a makeup artist who can do it quicker. Time is so important, and if these things are in your budget, then why not buy back some of your precious time!

You know i love you and your makeup, but this time i feel like Jordan did the upper lip liner too dark and the lip too light against it. Edit: Can you PLEASE tell me how your makeup stays PERFECTLY IN PLACE through showering after getting it applied and after dancing all night???
