What are some things you do to help reset your body + home? This is something I pretty much do monthly but I’m working on being more consistent honoring my body when I need a good home/ body reset 💜

Hey Beautiful I love your Resets. Suggestion for your Shower tiles, get the Gel Lysol Toilet bowl cleaner "blue one" and a toilet bowl handle brush. Start at the top let it run down the wall spray water on rub it into the wall let it sit for 20/30 minutes scrub it with that brush Like brand NEW. You can use this on Kitchen Grout as well!! Wink. Thank me Later. 🤎😘

hey goodmorning love its 9:03 right now hope your doing ok try to mix up your workouts looks like your doing alot of arms your probably really tired if your gym has a leg press work on your legs more and if it has a ab machine the ab machine is a siting crunch trust you'll feel stuck when you feel like working out is a drag
