@gaganjeetsethi - The fuel gauge is an issue in all royal enfields, but the interceptor/GT have ~3 litres of reserve capacity. So, no need to panic if you see the last bar blinking, you still have ~60 km to refuel. - Agree on the console not having time, the gear shift indicator is a big miss. - Tank grabbing is also an issue I face a lot. Thanks for highlighting the relevant parts and the awesome review.

Nice video paaji, i am also planning to buy one. Just skeptical on the seat comfort, test ride stock seat was not comfortable for my frame. Any idea on the other seats RE offers?

I haven’t heard any such sound brother. There isn’t any noticeable sound but I’ll pay a little more attention on my next ride and let you know if there’s any.

Well overall, Royal Enfields are a bit noisy. You do hear an initial wakeup sound of the electronics but nothing out of the ordinary.

How about the engine heat? Do you feel it more or it has reduced as the motorcycle runs more kms overall.

Well, there isn’t much of a reduction, but you get used to it. There was however a difference post first service, but not that big. Every beautiful thing comes at a cost bro. Happy to bear the heat for the thrill of a twin.

@gaganjeetsethi would you recommend buying latest interceptor 650 or the shotgun 650. Mainly for city riding and traveling to work

Int650 is a fairly settled product, has a good handling, suspension and turning radius. My pick will be the int650 because of this. But Sg650 has a different flavour and seating position and fair suspension and great finish. I’d pick int650 for the city but will not overlook sg650 while test riding.
