In Central Canada, in the winter, I can not do any exterior work unless I have a indoor, heated, shop with a floor drain. Even interior work is very difficult as I have to stay in a heated running car. First timers just loose momentum. Our average temps Late Nov. to Mid March are -4deg F to -40deg F. Water just can't be used. How can a Detailer starting out keep there clients in winter while not having to lease a building?

Your saying all this. But it's impossible too keep up with my clients when it's been raining all month in oregon. I have no shop and most of my clients don't either

just a thought, maybe a pop-up tent/shelter? I've thought about this to create some shade in the summer to help dry vehicles off.
