Totally love your work with these videos!. I am switching completely from ez crush to Lightburn thanks to you! Only matter for me now is that identical settings give different colors on SS than i used to get with ezcad ( mopa 60W). i don't get it why this is happening and its annoying :/ Keep up the good work!
Hatching is not identical in both programs so things will require a bit of tweaking when switching. That said the tweaks should be minimal, so I would start by looking at your hatches and make very small adjustments to speed and power to try to compensate for the differences.
@Laser Everything Thanks for the reply, it makes sense so i am on it! The worse scenario is to make numerous new patterns and accept the new settings instead of tweaking, time consuming though. Thank God there is a pattern engine in Lightburn! Cheers!
@@LaserEverythingthe links to the separate videos you created for the three settings would be really nice to include in the description so we don't have to go hunting for them.
my cloudray qs 50 has the 2 red dot calibration system. does that make calibration enough to move forward when it's in line? or will I need to do do that test from the previous video?
That may get you started, but if those were bumped at all during shipping, packaging, or if you for example get the sleeve of your sweatshirt caught walking by and they move at all, they would be inaccurate. So while it may be fine now potentially, it's good to know the process and doesn't hurt to validate its accuracy every so often.
