I have been following 16. 8 fasting from since August 2021 and it is beneficial for me. I have lost 5/ 6 kgs. My energy level increased and acidity problem has gone. Thank you sir.
Me bhai din me do bar khati hu.almost 16-8 window. But I am following it since last 20 years. As being jain ; I don't eat or drink anything from sunset to sunrise. But from last 4 months I am eating low carb diet and I list 9 kg. In 4 months. So with intermittent fasting ; u follow low carb roti sabji and huge salads.it will be great beneficial for weight loss and energy level too. I am 65 . Wakes up at 4-30 and sleeps 8-30. No afternoon nap.
I follow 8 hrs diet. Green juice at 9am 11 o clock brunch 1 o clock fruit juice. 2:30 pm fruits 4 pm tea with snacks 6 pm dinner with oats roti rice daal subzi 7:30 water. Thats all for day
Sir mujhe apka video bht acha laga bina skip kiye hue maine pura video dekha... Mai diebtic patient hu age 35 h diabetes high rehti h meri hamesha. Sir mai ye plan karna chahti hu lekin kya 16 hrs bina kuch khaye mai rahugi to koi problem nahi hogi sir.. Jaise low ya high hojaye diabetes aisa kuch plz bataiye sir mai kaise isko start karu...

In one of the video you said if I went to party and had heavy lunch then shall I skip dinner? Then you said NO. Skipping meal is not good. Body needs small and frequent meals. Then how come 16:8 is beneficial? It is about skipping 1 meal and not taking small frequent meals. Both are contradictory. Please suggest
Yes.. definitely... it is even beneficial for acid reflux also if u follow specific method of 16:8 with having breakfast and lunch when u will be active & skipping dinner which keeps your stomach empty while u sleep(this is very helpful for acid reflux)...
@@nishabarua2590 don’t think of it as just fasting .. think of it as change of your lifestyle… try to follow specific diet pattern with a fixed timings if possible … let your Gastrointestinal system adapt to this … then you will feel the difference in acidity …

नमस्ते सर कृपया जबाब जरूर दीजिये गा मे पन्द्रह दिन से इटरमिडट फास्टीग कर रही मुझे ये जानना है इटरमिडट फास्टीग करने से कितने दिन बाद पता चलता है कि वेट कम हो रहा है सर मे शुगर नहीं लेती हू लेकिन मे थोड़ा अलग तरीके से करती हू मे शाम के तीन बजे से लेकर अगले दिन सुबह आठ बजे तक कुछ नहीं खाती हू क्या ये सही है
I am doing intermittent fasting 16/8 from last 2 months, no cheat day. Mostly home food. But I am not loosing weight. What is the reason behind this. I am 40 years old lady have 65 kg weight and 5.2 height. Any idea why I am not loosing weight.
Kya sirf fal n raw vegetables kafi h? Ya fir only milk, butter milk, n curd. Mera dal sbji roti kuch bhi khane ka mn nhi krta.i have sugar from last 6 years. Mostly fasting ki 120 s 150 tk rhi n pp 160 I was pass. Some it goes till 195
Mujhe cronicapancres 3 sal se hai .Simms Delhi se upchar Jay 2020 se chal Raha hai. Date pat me dard rahta hai.sujhaw dene ki kripa kare.test report bhej Sakta hoon ya nahi.
Thanks sir But totally disagree with this intermittent schedule We are rising some questions What about the hyper acidity and biological clock Sir U know well that keeping too much empty stomach create hyper acitiy , gastric, duodenal ulcer On one side dr says that break fast is good for health and brain and sir u also told in one of ur video As u told these schedule formulated by physical experts not by dr . In my opinion , taking meal half then your hunger is good and take regular low calorie food Thanks
Intermittent fasting is not going to be a permanent schedule sir... I think people follow this only for 2-3 months and it is good... For a short period after losing you can take ur maintenance calorie plus work ur for 1-2 hrs a day!
@@ajayvishwakarma7769 Roj karna hai to 8 hours gaping karke khaye. It's sufficent. breskfast, dinner & launch. Raat se subha tak aese bhi to 12 hours fasting hojayega. Sam ko snacks avoid kare... bhuk lage to Egg khasakte h0

Intermittent fasting me din me khana hota hai aur raat me kuch bhi nahi khana hota hai lekin tum logo ke ramzan me thik ulta karate hai. Most unscientific religion is islam., stop boasting about it. 😆😆😆😆
