He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and hepatology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL,and SURGICAL wings. It has ICU and plenty of accommodation facilities of different levels. The hospital performs all complicated and advanced surgeries under team of very senior and experienced gastro surgeon . सबसे ज्यादा बकवास हैं दिक्षित डाएट.....हां 12 घंटे आपका पेट खाली होना चाहिए ताके पहले खाया हूआ खाना ठिक से पाचन होना चाहिए.लेकीन 16 घंटे भुखा रहना यह बस पाश्चात्य संस्कृती की राह हैं इस से एक सिमीत समय के लिये फायदा होगा लंबे समय तक सिर्फ और सिर्फ नुकसान ही हैं.

have you ever heard that animals have diabetes, cholesterol, high pressure or any other metabolic disease ?? obviously they don't .. because animals doesn't eat at night they don't have to if your body always working on digesting food and whatever you eat so how can your body work on the healing process?? our body do one work at a time so intermittent fasting is very magical thing .. if you don't believe in that that's your choice but in my opinion we should try this atleast for knowledge

Dr ji mera digestion theek nahi hai. Mujhe khaana body mai lagta nahi. Aur pet saaf nahi hota apne aap .kuch n kuch pet saaf karne ke liye dawai, churn enena lena padta hai. 9 saal se tratment kar chuka hu. Endoscopy bhi normal aur saare report normal . . Gastro ko bhi dikhaya ..mera weight gain nahi hota . Weight liss ho faya gai. Bhukh lagti hai par body mai khana lagta nahi. Bahut pareshaan hu. .

Mam 8 ghante me sugar wali chai le sakte because chai 1 ya 2 din chhodhkr fir bina shakkar k nhi rha jata h me calori count krti hu mam me 1cup me 5se sadhe 5gram shakkar leti hu or dhoodh pani rhta h or fir 1ya 2besan chila jisme khane wale chammach se 4chammach besan 1tamatr midium size 1pyaz lhsun adrak milakr chila bnayi hu fir dophr me 30gram k aas pas arhar dal bnati hu jisme tel se tadka deti hu to 10 gram tel use ho jata h or sbji me bhi 10 gram aese hi but mam mujhe kya hmesha hi aesa khana hoga or 6.30 baje ya 7 baje se phle kha leti hu fir bhi mujhe gas ki problem hoti h jbki subh uthkr garam pani piti hu jara sa khati hu pet full jata h kya karu plss reply

मैं भी 1 4 : 1 0 का फास्टिंग और DIP भोजन करके 1 महीने में 5 किलो वेट कम किया। मेरा शुगर का दवा भी छूट गया अब मैं नॉर्मल भोजन करता हूं और शुगर भी कंट्रोल में है

@@NishaSaifi-cl3xc मैं शाम को 8 बजे तक खाना खा पूरा कर लेता। फिर सुबह 10 बजे तक केवल पानी लेता। फिर 10 बजे के बाद कोई भी फल भर पेट खाता। 12 से 1 के बीच लंच और 7 से 8 के बीच डिनर। लंच और डिनर में पहले आधा पेट सलाद फिर खाना।

Evening 6 to morning 10 tak to 16 hours hote hai....fir 11am to 6pm tak agar 3 time meal liya to kya weight lose and kya fat lose hoga😂😂😂 Jitna fast fat or weight lose hoga utna bura asar body pe hota hai..mentali problem hota hai.... muscle damage hote hai Sabse bakwas hai intermittent fasting

Regular workout mein to Kar skte hai, koi problem nhi hota. Par agar aap heavy body building kar rahe ho to jyada calories already burn ho rahi hai, fir IF ki jarurat hi nhi hai.
