International accord in the interest of justice 

Who will have to show up to argue how there is no jurisdiction in the US for two parties who are both Filipino citizens? Not that there is no countless precedents because there are plenty. Even if the No Jurisdiction prevails, the sworn statements submitted in one country cannot or should not be a cause to perjure one's self in another, or can it happen? Furthermore, if the jurisdiction is acquired, it's a whole new ball game. On to the jury...
