If this were to happened on the opposite booth, the dude who made the mistake might have his social credit plunge to oblivion and sent to concentration camp.
i love this alliance roster(now liquid) but why do you guys keep saying that??? Like even if they wanted to react badly, what will they do? walk out of the booth? talk trash to their teammates?? i'm genuinely confused. Of course they'll pretend it's all good cause they don't have a choice. Especially that they're under contracts and stuff.
"is gonna be a story to tell" Well, they lose the game but show us something more important that just winning the game. Kudos to the entire roster there.
In fact it's very nice that the editors of this video did not told us if they won or lose because that was not the point. The important part is how they reacted and thought the solution as a team and without yelling their buddy.
@@Noctowll how is it not important lol. A lot of games are lost from draft. Ive had mid lions and rubicks throw the games cause they were terrible players queueing mid and throwing everyones mmr into shit. Since those losses im not touching 3 or pos 1 again not til im at least in divine.
That's why I admire Insania as a captain. I can remember his reaction during Animajor when they won a game against TNC, i think that was their first win or something, he was cheering in their room running around like they just won the Major.
I mean in a way it’s a blessing - no one remembers you for being eliminated first round losers, but EVERYONE remembers you misclicking and picking gyro
Feel like, as a coach, that was an opportune moment for Loda to step up, create some positivity, build momentum towards an idea, strategy and a timing. instead he just shrugs at Insania and looks defeated and deflated.
i still remember this moment, i knew exactly what had happened when i saw the gyro pick. I was so saddened that my favourite team had made such a stupid and arguably easily avoidable, yet easy to make mistake. Didn't know how cool they were in the pod until now, thats awesome, to see how nice of a gang they actually are. Ill always cheer your for you guys!
@@clydebalbieran543 it's BO1 and RNG won it. Because RNG last pick Anti-Mage. Honestly, Alliance's pick is not bad, Gyro pos 1, Storm pos 2 and Void pos 3 they even lead the game until mid game but can't hold late game Anti-Mage
This ! ! ! This is the very moment that I became a fan of this squad. They knew that's a fucked up moment but they played it off really well. Also they played the match really well but just couldn't find the strong points they needed that time. Hope they make it to next TI not as just Team Liquid but the same squad since they really improved and really synced well together.
you know,im alliance fangay , but when theyree become Team liquid,in my heart, they still my boi alliance it makes me hurt when [A] nikobaby squad playing against them ..like , both of them are Alliance to me
@@sempaidesu they didnt get kick. weren't they brought in by liquid offer them after kuroky's team left to create a new org? all in all liquid is a better org than alliance.
Now it's TI 11. It's very apparent why these players are having success in Team Liquid. The way they reacted to the problem is insane. Knowing that it's a best of 1 elimination match and the drafter misclicked, I would have crumbled right there. It is interesting to see moments like these behind the curtains. It reveals why these players become successful.
This just happened to show up in my recommendations vid. I'm not exactly a fan of alliance, more so I haven't even made a second glance to them whenever group stages or TIs come around. But watching this, they earned another fan
it's the fact everyone was calm, and was willing to pick up the gyro for their lanes, coming up with solutions and working it out together. Nothing speaks true team work in this. Alliance you now have an extra fan for this moment
insania's team one of the most wholesome team ever in dota together with team nigma.. even if they lose or made a mistake they still act so calm and don't feel bad about it .. that's why i really like both of this teams they are too cocky they are just humble and calm team .
Have you seen kuro in truesight? Worst captain. Blaming MC. Thinking he is good. He has 6k mmr. And the rest was 10k+ goddamn kuro is acting like he is one of the best. Living in the past.
@@jannestefanoobski3604 @Janne Stefanoobski truesight always portrays the losing team as some kind of villain, it doesn't represent the truth and relationship of the team in real life
@@jannestefanoobski3604 everyone in dota proscene loves and respect kuro tho. It just u know media always loves to show losing team as a villains rather than the truth behind those feeling
I can understand his feeling this moment. It is so different to in game moments when you messed up, when you realise the risk and you ready to whatever happens, here, in the other hand, this got you completely off guard, you don't even realise it for a moment, then you simply can't believe it and than shame comes, you realise you messed up big time. It just happened to this particular player, could've been anyone. It is very important for a team to show a support.
Sometimes, it's easy to forget that DotA is a teamgame with all the toxicity, and then you see this. A pro player fucked up but all of his mates showed their absolute best sportsmanship. God damn beautiful.
At least he did not panicked and play the game till the end even though they lost. He is now one of the casters as of TI10 though it is the experience of once in a lifetime.
i would love to hear 2019 lgd vs og voice lines that game was close af. And this year they also could give us something interesting and not just old stuff.
@@jimmyli3429 i heard rumours about that, i wonder if thats true tho. Their line-up got 2 times chance to claim the aegis but they got denied 2 times. Is money that important for the players rather than legacy? U know if that rumours are true then the players will become meme and not a good meme either
2:30 Imagine you fcked up the draft accidentally and then you ask yout coach if this do-able and your coach be like "mate its your problem, deal with it as you want" For me i would quit that team right after the lost, atleast not with that kind of coach anymore
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JIrk6jTv2HE.html incase you don't know Loda actually encourage them for that pick by saying "if there's team that knows how to make it work its us" so his initial reaction might have been poor but he still believe in them. Idk why the editing doesn't show this.
@@aryparamartha9140 Bro, you're initial reaction to something is your realest you. He might've said something encouraging a bit after but that's not really genuine
Well, I have some good news for you, the entire team left the org immediately following TI and signed with Liquid, as well as signing a new coach in Blitz. Sooo not exactly that far off.
One thing i really want this squad is they dont blame each other when the game goes south . They trust each other unlike those other team thats easily crumbled after tasting defeat.
I feel like one of the other players should have said "10 seconds left". The captain has so much going on in his head that he may lose track of the time.
With the benefit of hindsight, we could say "this player could have done this, he could've done that". But I think you're right as well, because it seems like this Alliance roster participates more actively in drafting, vs other teams where only the captain and the coach discusses with each other with the occasional input.
This is definitely a story to tell. Liquid(formerly Alliance in this vid) is now in the top 4 of TI11 after clawing their way from the last chance qualifiers. Matu announced that this will be his last dance and now they will face team Aster(with players from RNG in this vid also, wtf?). Blitz who is in the draft panel is now coaching Liquid. Also that batshit BO3 against thunder awaken is the best BO3 ever in the history of Dota 2. No debate. Regardless if they win it all or not, this team is full of brothers who have each other's back. Dota is beautiful.
Yeah, until now (Alliance technically now, Team Liquid) is really good team, the camaraderie, the love and passion for Dota is there. Unfortunately they don't qualify for TI10 but rest assured TI11 will see another Team Liquid in the pod
