@@Joshcoshbagosh to clarify, I'd listened to, enjoyed, and relistened to those first two albums (Severed Survival and Mental Funeral) a whole bunch of times but then my interest dropped off past that for a long time as Acts of the Unspeakable and Shitfun didn't click with me. And going back to those records now, they're still not something I can see myself spinning a lot if ever.

Congrats on getting this done. Chris Reifert, one of the pioneers of death metal. He was there since the beginning. Contributing drums to scream bloody gore, starting his, Chuck Schuldiner’s journey and if that isn’t the 1st death metal album then it’s the one that really led the death metal movement. Then making Autopsy and making a completely new extreme Sub Genre of Death Doom. Death metal doesn’t go anywhere without Chris’s contributions.

What a warm Interview a Great welcome and a very virtuous component out for the new record it was both produced with variants and admonishment and dissonant, Modern with Old-School Death-Metal vibes Hell-Yeah Autopsy Rules and Man they're still here a resonance of morbidity 30+ Years still getting the grip sick, filth and brutal what a pleasure one of the pioneers of Death-Metal.

Great interview. Wasn't expecting for him to mention Obscene Extreme festival and Czech Republic. I'm Czech and I will definitely try to get there, because Autopsy never played in my country before and who knows if they will again.

When he mentioned ppl like to scream shit fun too much for them to play, he may have been talking about me, I kept screaming play shit eater after a few songs this year at their show at the 1720 in Los Angeles haha. I met the whole band after the show Chris is awesome and so are the rest everyone was friendly and approachable and got pics and signed and hung out back with them and had a beer
