I really like CRADLE. All of it. I read some ant- Paul stuff online and I am flummoxed. That guy kicks ass. Everyone who has played in the band is cool, Richard Shaw just bounced after 3 releases, imagine if Paul came back?
I still have a COF t-shirt I got when I was 14 years old. Now, almost 19 years later I still wear this same t-shirt even though it's barely holding up. Their music means a lot to me, even though I mostly listen to their older albums. Thanks to them I got into metal at such a young age and had a lot of time to discover other great bands. I will love and listen to metal until the day I die.
Man i was only 5 years old at this time. But come about 6 years later when i started listening to music, this was the 1st band that pioneered my taste into the metal genre. This is really weird watching them all this young and i was only 5. Nice, still freaking love them
Damn... a year later Dusk & Her Embrace then two years after that Cruelty and the Beast... It's cool to see where they came from and how they were to where they are now. I think Dani may be the only left of the original... I'm not certain, but this was awesome.
Still have my "Sedusa of Ravens and Angels" long sleeve (modelled here by Mr. Filth) which I bought at that gig. Someone from Gorgoroth (I assume) lobbed a pigs head into the crowd, and it was thrown about from then on. good times.

Bullshit !!! As a 49 year old who feels around 20, i say the following - Age is not just a number (as they claim) there is a relevance to it - However age does not equal sadness or depression - You can't ever NOT GROW OLD, your species types absolutely dictates that you must - I agree, don't over depress yourself in life and don't keep telling yourself that life is shit, because then it will be - Don't over complicate your life without need - Ultimately you are as young as you feel, with a few physical limitations, However those limitation do not apply until you get older than 45 or are younger than 25 but overall age does not equal sadness
Dani has always been the same. Never cared for all this tr00 kvlt shite, just been there for the music and enjoying himself. It's that passion that's made his music and lyrics so perfect to this day, commercial or otherwise.
I'm a metalhead. I've been a metalhead for over a decade. Cradle of filth was one of the first bands I found in high school. I love Dani's vocals so much so I trained my screams to sound like him even with the howling sounds he does. My name is Kani, he has the last three letters of my name. 🤘🏽
No matter how much I try I cannot make danni's scream. It is so unique to him. I can however make a scream but it sounds more like a skeleton witch wraith with an eerie echo

@TheVinlandViking yep. back when he was just getting started. Started with Cradle and then worked with Dimmu. One of the best Drummers in the business.
He is a shy person and has anxiety problems which he overcomes by smoking weed. He talked about that in a video. But after all he is so damned skilled and one of my favourite drummers
A time when the Band were young surly and full of attitude, clearly wanting to be taken seriously as a Black Metal Band corps paint and the like. So different from today ,well Dan at least. That's how they started the program Living with the enemy off,till they let their guard down that is. Still like COF Today although they should change the name to (as Stuart once said) Dani and the Filths. I still smile at that.

@willpu I've noticed that too, I guess it has something where the fat is located. I saw a pic of him from 1994 or earlier, he looks like he could need some...no loads of food...
goddamn this is sad as fuck! and funny, too! the atmosphere is that of some sort of group therapy gone terribly, terribly wrong. i have to admit that dani saves the day though.
