Hare Krishna prabhus. I can not recommend the Killing For Krishna 660 pages book enough. It was written very responsibly and in much detail. The books makes it clear who were the around 12 individuals that made it so Sulocan prabhu, may be killed in cold blood. Very importantly, the book makes it clear how deeply involved in the murder plot were three personalities, who would later sit on vysasasanas and get worship as good as Krishna. After Sulochan had left living new vrindavan he came to Detroit which is my home Temple. I was there at that time. I was the maintenance man for the mansion so I was around during the day most days. I met him when he came. he immediately went to the library. he asked me "where he can find some Srimad Bhagavatams, I've got some research to do". Then he told me about how he had just left new vrindavan and that Kirtanananda had influenced his wife to leave him. he was very upset about that I could tell and he wanted to do some research in Prabhupadas books to find support for his belief that this was a very wrong thing for Kirtanananda to do against him.
Look at what happened to these people. 2 decapittated, Kirtananda almost decapitated, and others like Jayapotatoe cant even wipe their own backside now. This is why neophytes should never take other peoples karma. Jayapotatoe looks like he might stil remain alive in that condition slowly getting worse for the next 30 years! He still might live for another 20 years like that not even able to wipe his own backside. This is why unless you are a Maha Bhagavata you cant imitate the position of the Acarya! JPS collects millions of dollars from his 50,000 disciples every year, why should he say anything or stop? We had all travelled by boat from Mayapur ( 3) and walked some time to get there. I hadn't planned on this excursion, just happened to be in the right place ant time and just hopped on a boat. I ended up sitting 5 ft. from Jaypataka and was checking him out, while his disciples were taking picture after picture of his holiness (tongue in cheek ) I was thinking, wow, these silly devotees think he's a pure devotee. A few minutes later, Jayapataka's eyes met mine, and he was trying to intimidate me, or control me with his imaginary maystic powers, not knowing I was a disciple of Srila Prabhupada. (joined in 1973) When I realized his game, I locked on, challenging his gaze. He looked away first, typical of a coward when confronted. A couple of weeks later, Jayapataka was having a special feast for Prabhupada disciples. I found out about this while bathing in the Ganges and meeting up with a Prabhupada disciple, who happened to be the doorman to the feast, letting only Prabhupada disciples in. (krishna is sooo kind) There I was sitting down, enjoying an incredible feast with 30 different prepartions, I kid you not, when in walks Jayapataka. He looks around sees me and his face changed expressions more than once, from anger, to resignation after he talked to the doorman. I was smiling all the way, feeling blessed and so fortunate that Lord Krishna was keeping me in the light when it comes to these false gurus. Haribol
Hare Krishna. We owe it to Srila Prabhupada and our spiritual lives to learn who are three personalities that according to the book, had a lot to do with the cold blooded murder of Sulocan prabhu and who then got worship "as good as Krishna." We need to be responsible and not allow the murder of Prabhupada disciples or any person who does something to check criminality. Srila Prabhupada teaches that if we do nothing about criminality, we are criminals also. Lets read this book and show that we care.
Unfortunately, the disciplic succession from Srila Prabhupada is broken, and all the powers from Krsna are currently withdrawn. If Krsna is what He claims He is in Bhagavad-gita, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, He would have already killed all the miscreants, but they are just increasing. It proves Krsna is not present at the moment, otherwise their heads would be all cut-off. There are no jokes with Krsna. He kills the snakes with great pleasure. I greatly doubt that Krsna is present in Hare Krsna mantra sung in ISKCON temples also. It sounds more like ear's orgies than something that you can relate with the all powerful Supreme Person. This is sense enjoyment pretending like devotional service. But Krsna is not there also. Don't think Krsna is like sissy, just smiling at us and sending few pecks from his lips so we may not forget him. This is how ISKCON is promoting Krsna. This is not Krsna from Bhagavad-gita. And what should have been done with the so-called devotee whom Tirtha killed? For he had raped a woman who had given birth a few short days before! The mataji still had stitches from her operation when raped!
I was talking with Jadaraine Desi in New Vrindaban about the corruption in ISKCON that is when two women devotees tried to beat me up I had to run for my life. Then I learned later that these same two women beat Jadaraine Desi so badly she had to go to the hospital.

Tirtha das seems to be portrayed as the villian here. One question. Was tirtha justified in breaking the knees of the Asura who was intimidating devotee women on the roads around New Vrindaban with his country bumpkin pickup truck? The story is in Tirtha's memoir 100 Monkeyz
Why are devotees so shocked with the use of violence by Tirtha? Ahimsa is defined as not retarding the progress of the soul back to home. Back to Godhead. Causes and motivation for action can be very complex...hindsight is 20/20. AND Tirtha makes it VERY clear in his Memoir 100 Monkeyz that he was very reluctant to use violence even when ordered by Kirtananada to kill the 2 men. And Tirtha is ripped that the picture on the cover of Killing for Krishna is misidentified as the murder weapon. It is not the weapon used by Tirtha and this should be known by your readers Henry
Sulocan called the devotees and Kuladri threatening to pick off the devotees one by one with his hi power rifle. Were such a thing threatened in today's world, the SWAT team would be called and the unsentimental cops would kill one such as Sulocan threatening. Perhaps Tirtha prevented a mass killing by killing Sulocana?

Kirtanananda Swami's lectures were truly phenomenal and inspirational... I have heard them myself, in person. I wish that I had access to his early lectures (that were on tape) and books, before something happened that sent everything amok.
Fantastic book. So glad that Henry Doktorski has written it and written it very well at that. My only comment, as always, is that I really think all of the bad behaviour in ISKCON is directly attributable to Bhaktivedanta Swami. It's all there in his teachings and purports. And as I always say on these videos, how could someone seen as omnipotent, omniscient, fully enlightened etc, not know the effect of giving Sanyassa initiation to people who were clearly not ready for it/spiritually mature? My two cents, all Bhaktivedanta cared about was the number of disciples and temples he opened, how much money he could raise (by hook or by crook) and promoting his late 19th century backwards views. I also think it's quite clear he was an egomaniac, no one without ego would insist on being called Archaya, divine grace and choose the name 'Prabhupada' for themselves.

I personally talked to a devotee who had stolen around 100K from Srila Prabhupada and Srila Prabhupada forgave him and protected him in all ways. Yes, violence to the snakes is approved. Unfortunately no one is killing snakes. And if you don't kill a snake, it will kill you. And this is what is happening now. The pious souls are suffering. Srila Prabhupada is using perfect common sense, but snakes don't have a brain to understand. In Bhagavad-gita such snakes are called mudhas, which means fools and rascals. Srila Prabhupada is correct 100 percent, as it is approved by Krsna also ... paritranaya sadhunam vinasaya ca duskrtam. In order to deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to reestablish the principles of religion, I advent Myself millennium after millennium. Snakes are afraid of Krsna and His movement because this is their mission, to kill the snakes and protect the innocent. My note: The power of Krsna or Srila Prabhupada is currently withdrawn. The so-called Hare Krsna movement (ISKCON and all its branches) is not Srila Prabhupada's movement at all. Just one of the proofs is given above. ISKCON is doing nothing to kill the snakes, as they are promoting so-called non-violence among the snakes. It is not hard to conclude that they are not from Krsna or Prabhupada.

Henry Doktorski is in maya. He can criticize what happened in New Vrindavan and leave Kirtanananda. However when he left, did he follow only Srila Prabhupada? No he is breaking the regulative principles. He wrote a book exposing dirty laundry. What is the purpose? Does this book glorify Srila Prabhupada? No! I lived in New Vrindavan. I knew Hrishikesh. I sang in his choir. Of course murder was sinful. What happened was a tragedy. But why publicize all this? Does it help anyone become Krishna conscious? This is all I have to say.
It helps those interested in becoming involved with ISKON to be very weary of who they trust and put their faith in. I have much interest in Krishna Consciousness but absolutely zero in being part of this obviously extremely flawed organization.
Yes it helps because as a new devotee i know now not to blindly follow a guru that is not living upto the principles and therefore creating bad karma while pretending to be good.

In order to be respected you need to be respectful and god-like shining a beacon for others to follow. All sicknesses and dark deeds that affect human groups should and must be exposed!
