WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?

WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

I tried this last night. I've had digestion issues since a polio jab. Decades of issues... I woke up this morning and evacuated healthily. I think there was a lot of residual stuff hanging around. My bowel feel clean in way it used to. I'll be keeping this up. I'm in less pain that usual too

Very interesting! Started with enough pain that I thought there was no way tonight was the night to start this. By the end of the ten minutes, I felt a light-headed openness, moisture in the mouth, and fire in the belly. It felt especially odd to push out--something totally new for me.

I've heard it said it can take at least 2 weeks to a month to start to feel the benefits and improvements. As you do it you can easily build up to doing more. I think in this video she maybe did less than 100. 100 would be a good goal doing 1 about ever 1 second. Then when you are ok with 100 move up to 300. That should only take 5 minutes. One every second times 300 is exactly 5 minutes. That would be a good goal. In more advanced practice they do 1,000 a day every day! That takes about 20 minutes. Some people do it in smaller sets.

Abdomen is still very tight, but it’s only been a few days. Air up fire down began to happen after day 2. Yeah! I’ve been dealing w digestive issues off and on for several years, it’s time I take full control of my gut and heal my body. Thank you for coming up in my feed💜

You are right Linda, I was doing them to quick and still struggling but I can see the difference it has when I am doing it slow. No good doing it out of memory. I just put my headphones on and listen to your sweet voice, it is comforting in itself, and just follow your belly rises and coming down. These exercises are life saver and I am forever grateful that I found you.

5 years ago I was also feeling so poorly and having drenching night sweats. Just miserable. Was tentatively diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Eventually turned out I had an easily treatable intestinal parasite called Strongyloides. Good luck!!

Wow it wasn't easy... I made it to the end.. my hands are like full with electricity,i am hot , and a bit overwhelmed,i realise the connection, and the importance of that exercise to our wellbeing, but i sweat it means fire up, doesn't it? Thank you

Hey Kristianne, yes no problem! I do it on my period too to relieve cramps. At first I was worried it might make me bleed more or cause more problems, but it actually helps circulation there and my bleeding wasn't affected by it. 👍🏼

I like this exercise for relieving pain in my gastro due to IBS. Anyone has gastro problem should try this exercise. Even if you have anxiety, can cause muscle cramp in your tummy. This also helps. Thanks again Linda for your great routine. God bless you.❤

First I experienced some noises from my stomach, then saliva and tingling in my hands and feet. I'm also practicing kundalini yoga. Some of the movement reminded me of Kundalini yoga. Do you think its okay that I do both after one another?

You gave instruction about meal, but I wonder how long I should wait after tea or water? 😊 I think my stomach got cramps when I did this exercise because I didn't wait long enough after a cup of tea in the morning.

My hands not sweaty, no warm feet, not feeling cold & saliva but I keep on burping while doing this. Is it normal Please, enlighten me. Most of the time I burp even not doing any exercise like this.

Thank you so much for this, it worked so well for me - i felt the energy and nice tingling. i am researching lymphatic massage now and this practice looks like it is great for deep lymphatic stimulation. one question - is it ok to do it in bed while laying down ?? thanks again

Hello Ella, I don't recommend doing it lying down. It won't be easy to pull your abdomen in and out and breathe comfortably when you're lying down. It's much easier sitting or standing up!
