I don't know the books, but the vibe I get from Armond is that he's DEFINITELY pulling Louis's strings! I feel that he's even more manipulative than Lestat!!!
Armond let things happen with Claudia and had to erase some of Louis's memories because it was so dastardly ,he feared all of them losing Louis to raging madness and bringing down the great wrath of Lestat ...................................remember Lestat started out life as a wolf killer
Okay ,I watched episode 4 and I have a new theory .....we don't know for sure who told the end of the interview book do we?,what if it wasn't Louis who finished telling that timemine ..what if Armand changed the history ...I have reason to wonder that at some time ,either after Paris or after 1973 San Francisco that Louis could have possibly been locked in a coffin to silence him/shield him ....is this realtime in Dubai an intervention/recovery after being locked away ??????...
