Great concept with the crayons. I would have never thought of that. Anyway, love the little book. Beth, don't feel like you have to put out a video everytime. I could tell you were razzled and felft like you had to do something but, you don't. Debbie, Dan, Ashley , her husband and of course Zion should be top priority. We ALL will be here when you are able. Anyway, so glad Debbie is on the road to healing and was able to venture out today. Fresh air is always good for healing even if it is 100 degress out. I'm newly retired so, I stay home a lot doing my crafts for shows but, I will take my dog for a walk so, I can get some fresh air. It also cleares my head if I"m struggling with a project. For the little book, I wonder if cutting the paper into two separate sheets would work. Each sheet on one side might fit better? I love it though. So many options for it!
Thank you for showing the book. I waited and waited and couldn’t figure out how I missed it’s finished look the other day. I’m sure you’ll figure it out. I never saw the link for it either. I went through all the mold links but didn’t find it. Your response to the brain mold cracked me up. “I don’t do brains” says the lady who loves skulls.😂 With your skull fascination I thought for sure you’d love it. The skulls (lots of crafters do videos with them) creep me out so I have to skip through those. However, I see the brains as something that can be used for a medical person or for someone who works in neurosciences. It could be done with blended colors of clear resin and be so pretty. Funny how different we all think.
I looked up the mold you thought was a brain & I think you are right. They dodn't have any walnut molds. My great-grandsonwould love that mold! They did say that it was a handmade mold. But I would've chose the crystal molds too.
I’m wondering if you use a sharpener and put crayon shavings into the mold, could you heat the shavings with a heat gun and then put resin over it??? I’m just thinking out loud. Idk
Hi again Beth, I say next month you pick your own molds?🤣😂 Because as soon as you showed the 2nd mold. I also felt it would be a brain. So I was just to curious, so I look up their website & checked. I hate to have to tell you, but here it goes. Beth, that’s actually what it is a “BRAIN”. Beth, I think you know that I don’t have a lot of what I call multi crafting as you do. So I have to ask, as far as the dolphin goes. How you can wipe it to almost white, but then it will kind of go back. I was wondering, do you think you could wipe it to the desired look you like & then seal it. Do you think by any chance it would then stop it from the brown turning back darker again? Yes, this was a shorter video, but once again I still learned something new from you. Thanks for doing it & please don’t think of it as you are cheating us. We all or at least most of us know what is currently going on in your life right now. You & Dan, are being a God send blessing for Debbie right now. So in my book, I will take you as much or as little as you can. I completely understand that Debbie comes 1st & that’s what it should be. Family should always come before RU-vid & anyone who has been in your life for more than 50yrs to me she is absolutely family. Sending more thoughts & prayers for Debbie, that her health will continue to improve. God bless you Beth & Dan for all y’all are doing for Debbie & your family. I wish to God I still had a friend in my life like y’all are for her. One that I know would be there if I need them. The one I had, has already been called home by God. I 1st just have to say, I wish you would have Googled the dye before you ordered. As soon as you showed it. That’s what I did and I found Oak Tree Supply selling all colors for $5.95 for the 1oz bottles. I also could 2 other companies selling them for $9.99 for the 1oz bottles. So I was bummed to here & see that you paid $15.99 almost 3X the amount for the same size. I hope this is able to help. Now I’m going to start watch your video.😊
