My spouses' grandfather and his business partner brought the original Lady Rose to Port Alberni. Since this episode being aired on Shaw, I have had a few people recognize me in town lol makes me blush every time lol This was such a fun and amazing adventure!

It was an amazing experience, only made possible by the support of the Huu ay ath first nation. Their tradition territory is awe-inspiring.

Just to let you know,the mv.lady rose was plying that inlet for years and I’m glad to have taken that boat to Bamfield back in the 1980s.Peace from Quadra island,BC.
