Getting deep anesthesia of a mandibular molar with irreversible pulpitis is difficult, if not random. To do this, osteocentral anesthesia appears to be the most effective technique.
Due to its absence of numbness, it makes it possible to anesthetize teeth in several different sectors and thus to group care. Without pain for the patient it is effective immediately.
