You are my inspiration❤ I am a 24 Y.O guy from rural part of india . People here mostly take health and fitness for granted maybe it has something to do with the poor infrastructure, low income or lack of fitness related ambience. Even i never took care of my health and was focused on studies & work until recently. I wanna train and inspire people like you. I know it's late for me but i will still try my best ❤
You are both incredibly young & it's no where near too late for you to do anything! Your willpower is all you need to achieve literally anything & everything you truly set your mind on!! Stay focused on the WHY you want to achieve your goal & remain flexible on the path that'll actually take you there! Remember every success story has numerous blunders before they actually got to their big win! If you're serious about your goals, you've got it!! 👊🙌💪
Your content is great and it helps a lot 🎉. Summer a sugestion of video is about over/underbalance because when we already have a notion of h.s many times we can do a handstand for like 10 seconds which is often the case but only when we can stay still lol in my case for example, I often can do more than 5secs but at the slightest over/underbalance I struggle to save so I'd like to hear you talk about
1. Stag/ Hollow Back Stag 3:06 2. Piked Straddle/ Head in Straddle 3:59 3. Diamon/ Diamond Side Bend 4:46 4. Regular/ Head-in 5:40 5. Tuck/ Deep Tuck 6:18 6. Single Leg 7/ Full 7 7:26 7. Single Leg Shapes 8:00 8. Scorpion 8:27 9. Air Walk 9:48 10. Her favorite flow 10:24
Hey, brother, I'm almost 62 and 6'1", and I too am determined. I'm slowly working on a logical progression of foundation-building. There are so many things to work on, which is AWESOME!
I have been trying to work out and be stronger (to prove people saying "boys are stronger" wrong) but I was following the videos of another person. The worlouts were hsrd but I didn't see much change. One of your new years resolution transformation videos popped up in my shorts feed and since then I've been doing your beginner videos snd already see a change! Thank you sooo much, you give hope to my new years resolution of getting stronger and finally getting a handstand :) ❤
Most people make the mistake of starting like her, leaning against the wall and throwing your feet up 🚫🚫🚫🚫 Start by balancing with your legs braced around where your arms bend while balancing on your hands. Eventually when ur strong enough you can start extending your feet up but the strength & balance is key.
Males can build muscle a lot easier than females because there are differences in our anatomy.. Most women's world records have been beaten by 15 year old boys lol but that doesn't mean you shouldn't work to be the strongest version of yourself possible 💪 and staying mobile is incredibly important as we age 🤸♀️
Thanks for the tutorial. I been working on building my shoulder strength with pike push ups and planks. Wow, while typing this message I just seen you do the moon walk with your feet😃 you are talentive!
I want you to go from pencil handstnad to an invert handstand, then drop to a 1 arm airchair, then kip/hop back to handstand on 1 arm / and do 5 one arm hand hops, to a 1 arm elbow, then kick back to 1 arm hand hop.
I've never found a woman this muscular very pretty, but wow she is a masterpiece package of sweetness and gorgeous. Thank you for changing my opinion about strong women!
When you are in a handstand, u don't have to eagle claw your fingers & tense your body. Example: You don't tense your body when you are standing up normally on your feet. Ur relaxed. So when your in a handstand for example, the stagg as you call it, the neutrality of both legs counterbalancing you, or your vertical alignment in general, should be enough for your to just relax in your handstand. I'll give u a exercise to try. Do a pencil handstand with both legs together, have vertical alignment, relax your hands, & your body, and then you can use 20% of your muscles by simply holding it there for example: 20 seconds & just talk freely. That's class for today. @@Summerfunfitness
