In the final instalment of Lucy's trip to Austria we dive into the pool and take a look at how Lucy has been able to begin introducing cardio work into her training - namely swimming, aquajogging & low impact plyo work!
Lucy goes into some detail about how this has felt after taking a long break to heal her stress fracture, and the measures that are being taken to make sure this does not impact upon her healing whilst looking ahead to taking work out of the water in the future.
