I have had SKY GLASS since April and still have a few issues but to be very fair to SKY when you ring they listen to you and sort it out very quickly there and then. If not they do get back to me.
Please continue updating Sky Stream also. I'm encountering a lot of issues as of late. Subtitles randomly vanishing, out of sync when it does work. And subtitles completely broken when "watching from start"
I've had it since July and few little niggles along the way , but the remote find feature is great , and now with the picture software update its alot lot better now just need wireless sub to be sold or supported and its a winner
If I had to do it over again I would have waited and got 'sky glass' a year or two from now when they would have improved on what is there now. Extremely dissatisfied that I can't record programmes, even when their added to your playlist and that is my biggest problem with it and needs to be sorted , I should have stuck to 'sky Q'.
Exactly my thoughts as well. The first tv had to be replaced within weeks due to colour issues - but customer services were quick to respond. The inability to record is frustrating as you CAN’T get everything on catch-up or demand. Also miss the ability to look back at the TV guide and select programmes from earlier in the day/week.
I've had sky glass for several months now and love it. Sound is very good but as I only ever watch old streamed programs I'm not sure about picture. I hate films.
I agree with most on here, picture quality is awful, you can hardly notice any difference between the viewing modes. My 55" LG was moved to the bedroom so watch more TV in there than in the living room as the picture quality is far better and no App for WWW access but my bad for not doing the due diligence. Very disappointed indeed.
shame the tv is atrocious. this won't improve anything ... and if my Glass has had the update already that would explain why my picture has actually degraded this week
I barely use my Sky Glass. The display is one of the worst I’ve seen, truly awful. I highly doubt this will make it any better, complete waste of money
I got sky glass after being lied to by sky that I’d have the same channels available but appears not and can’t record . Picture is crap during dark points on movies, and the sound is atrocious, far too much bass. Wish I’d stayed with sky Q.
