We don't need AI. We need an affordable EV made in Canada to drive to and from work that we can charge at home. Build a small EV that is Canadian winterproof and you will sell millions of them.

Will this be another Research In Motion (RIM) type project? Can we pre-order this as early adopter? this way funding won't be a problem. Imagine- all of the Federal and Provincial police cars, all of the city run busses are Project Arrow EVs. Then us........

Sliding doors have a higher failure rate mechanically, but I agree. I think it'd be safer overall.

Vietnam Turkey India Nigeria , all making electric vehicle's . There's to many companies jumping on this e-vehicle bandwagon. Adding solar panels to the vehicle like on the Light-year or Solar Sion might give this vehicle that competitive edge.

It's more than just one car. They also helped set the supply chain, marketing, and hiring. It's a lot, but it's an investment that might pay out some big returns. The fact that it's no longer a concept seems promising. Fingers crossed it pays out.

@@JonLee-xo6tp Hold up Poopy Pants. Pay attention. They are not selling it for $20M. That's basically the development costs etc.etc. etc. The first piece of any tech is always expensive. Not a great example but I bought a 27inch Sony in 1994 for $2,900. Now I can buy a 27 inch flat screen for pocket change.

I could build one for 60,000.00 to 120,000.00 and be twice as attractive first of all. No problem with most of the tec but why in the world wouldn't you put a old style sport car look with simple buttons and switches that do what they say without a screen. I got a motor in fact! three, electric gas or diesel. I think 50 hp per wheel and 2000 ft. lbs. of torque with the electric and will take you fast and far for less. As far as the engine it would likely weigh 300 lbs and deliver upwards of 1600 HP.at 18.000 rpm. You got it all wrong and backwards and upside down.
