OK, but this is NOT what this channel is about, there are plenty of channels that talk policy and politics. I don't do that here, I do that on X. We have enough problems staying monetized here by just showing product, we delve into politics, we are doomed here and we barely make ends meet. I encourage you to look at those channels that specialize in Law/Politics and Pro 2A (Political) Content, they are much better suited to discuss the law, policy and such, I'm not well versed in politics and policy, anything I say is just me thinking out loud.

The reason he’s referencing the politics of the FRT is because the guy in the video directly states/refernces the ‘FRT is not legal’ more than one time. - The above poster was pointing out that the FRT IS in fact Legal. We should be fighting the ATF rather than making ‘slightly more legal’ sh*t.

@@jyt5249 When the Video was shot, the Chevron Deference wasn't taken out by the ATF. His point was in the Video that the FRT DID NOT pass the ATF Testing, You don't pass, you are NOT legal. I don't like it, but this MUST be taken up in the courts, NOT here.

But the 5th circuit thinks that the ATF over step under the holding of Cargill case ruling out of the 5th before it went to the Supreme Court.That's why NAGR was granted the injection for its members. This was before the Chevron ruling . So it seems the maker of this trigger is smack talking Rare Breed Trigger to drive sales. The ATF doesn't make law only Congress does and than there power is limited by the bill of rights which Congress shouldn't have the authority to pass any law on firearms under 2A grounds.

@@user-nu6zn1br6w His statement was NOT against the Ruling, but the fact that the some FRT's failed the Test and were not granted permission. What sucks is people that paid $600 per trigger and then destroyed them... That sucks Is Rare Breed the only company selling them? I can't make these things work for me anyway.

Rare Breed Triggers won their battle against the ATF. Wait for them to begin production and buy from them for being the tip of the spear in this battle and coming out victorious! Thanks to them you don't have to worry about the ATF coming after anybody anymore for owning any type of FRT.

New ruling that came much after this video. What about those folks that spend $600+ on FRT's and destroyed them? Who's going to help them with that?? That is a good question.

Someone answer this through the bullshit of beating around the bush. Does the trigger "feel" the same as a FRT while in use? Can i apply a steady pressure and the trigger do the work like with an frt, yes or no?

I couldn't tell you, I don't own FRT's, I don't like them, I don't need them, I can accurately shoot faster with using the reset of my trigger than ANY FRT!!! Now, this one has the AFT Letter, FRT's DO NOT and look at what happened with them. If you still have one, use it, but they failed the AFT test.

@yrsued, so lemme get this straight.. You don't know how this trigger feels compared to an FRT, yet you're saying you don't like the FRT and you're also claiming you can shoot faster than an FRT with this trigger and you can't even describe how to do it or how it feels? Absolute bullshit.

@@smokingcrab2290 Right, Idon't NEED at FRT to shoot, and I just tried this product for the first time and I had a hard time dealing making it work like the FRT, I shoot riding the reset, like you're supposed to do it!!! But then again, I have professional training!! We did a Video comparing a full auto M4 and a Gunsite Instructor with a Semi Rifle, the fire rate was just a tad slower with the Semi Rifle. I'm showing a product, I'm NOT endorsing it, just SHOWING IT!!! You do you, I'm NOT telling you to buy this or anything else, be respectful!!!

What is the purpose of this trigger? The ability to fine tune? I've built a lot of AR-15s, and never had an issue that required the trigger to be tuned.

@@rustynail914 The way I shoot, it's hard for me to run these triggers and bump stocks. I did a video where a Gunsite Instructor runs a semi rifle almost as fast as a Full Auto Colt. I got for Controlled fire for defense, these are just for fun.

@@rustynail914 Sorry, never tried it, I tried this one, one Rare Breed and a Bump Stock, I have a really hard time making these work properly and I know folks that run them perfectly well first time they grab them.

Pass,if they didn’t send the v2 to be re evaluated after changes in the design the atf letter isn’t worth the plastic card they send with it. The letter was the it’s all ok for the first design. Engineered design changes make is a different trugger. That’s why the original hellfire trigger was fine but the redesigned one was not. Did they send it in to be reevaluated?

They can't. Rare Breed just beat them in court. The ATF is now prohibited from going after anybody and must return all confiscated items. I would wait for Rare Breed to roll out production and buy one from them as a thanks for beating the ATF and helping restore our 2A rights.

@@kalibrateddrift That is good, but what about those folks that destroyed their triggers? The guys that paid $600 to then cut them in half?? So, you will never support ANYONE else? Just the ONE company? Not saying it's wrong, but I try to support everyone in the market. I can't get any of these things to work for me properly, I ride the reset, and I prefer shooting in semi myself, I got for accuracy, rather than volume. These are just fun to have and enjoy.
