Hello Mark, what do you suggest the width of the suit jacket (or sports coat) should be around the bicep or forearm area? If I pinch around there, how many inches of excess fabric should there be? 2 inches, 3 inches, etc? Thanks
My apologies⋯ the like is for the speaker with beautifully soft voice，gentlemen manner，posh style，very polished etiqutte and eloquent speech，not for the coat。not that I don‘t like it，just that I am a women so the interest is not there obviously。

I prefer the checked one. It goes well with your suit. The blue one - I'm not really a fan of the fuzzy detail or the colour, especially with dressed up looks
