Introduction to Inverting Op Amp Circuits 

Hi! I'm trying just to invert a negative dc signal that comes from 1.5V to 24V (variable). So no gain, in theory if I use both resistors of same value, should work, but it doesn't. There is always a gain, which changes Vout voltage.
