Watts Up fellow cyclists!?! Heres my Di2 shifting setup I run on all my shimano bikes!
Simple, intuitive, easy muscle memory and ambidextrous! All the control for each hand at all times! Doesn't make sense to mix front and rear deraileurs on each side of the bars... if you have one hand off the bars doing something and you all of a sudden need to shift your going to be stuck...

I have it set to drop to the little ring during the 21t (4th gear) to 24t (3rd gear) downshift. Id never have it in the little ring and be in the 19t out back so this setup is ideal. The lowest gear im ever in is the 50/19 as I come to stops on minor hills in this gear on this pinarello. the madone ill occasionally be in the 52/21. that bike running the DA shifters I had the top satellite buttons set to control FD but never used it and set them to control RD, which I also never use.
