The engine is seized very well and the cylinder has been hot/cold cycled several times but I fear it is not only the Piston that is stuck. The Dynastart was one component that could have been offering extra resistance, so of it came with quite a pop.

I missed this video. Well done. Have you tried tapping the top of the piston with a hardwood drift and a hammer?

A piece of Maple was turned to suit the bore and then the Piston was pressed out using it, it took 12 Tonnes before it moved!

@@BensWorkshop In two engines the bore looks very good, no appreciable wear lip or scoring. The Pistons have oxidised causing the seizure and also total seizure of rings between lands, they could go again but may be kept for spares.

@@adgecutlerofthewest Good news. Don't forget that if you use new rings you will have to hone the cylinders to bust the glaze.
