Great to see another video from you Patrick . And haven't we all experienced the disbelief or disregard with this illness .? ugh ! My own sister who is a nurse did not believe me for several years . because they were not taught ! After showing her so many research papers over the years she finally believes it !
I am 64 and have had ME/CFS for 13 years. I started Keto f 4 months ago and now carnivore diet for 4 weeks.. AMAZING I am now cured!! It is really worth it I havent crashed in 4 weeks. I am going back to the keto diet now.
You are seriously 100% cured from carnivore meaning no more PEM? Thats quite miraculous. I noticed some improvements from low carb but not cured. Best of luck to you.
