Just got this thing in, the manual literally does not make any sense and I am missing parts. I called the factory service, had them read the manual with me they agreed it makes no sense.
I don't work for them, but I'm disappointed to hear that you didn't get as good a deal as I did. I inventoried all of the parts before starting to assemble it, and everything was there. I had nothing to go on but the instructions, and they certainly did the job for me. Granted, I spent 7 years writing technical manuals for a Fortune 500 company, so maybe I saw things between the lines that you aren't familiar with. Best to you since it really is a sweet product.
