My only advice, invest only 20% of your salary which will keep increasing with every yearly increment in your salary, that 20% will keep growing with compounding. Remember you're not investing to party when you are 60. You're investing for old age needs which are simply medicare and food and occasionally sneaking pocket money to your grand kids behind your children. 🥰 Live your life. Lead a decent life. Don't waste your precious years in saving too much and making yourself and your family suffer.

That's quite true. Money is something everyone wants to have and have not calcualted how much is actual needed at that time. So as you said 20% is should be enough and let the future generation also grow from their own. Only saplings can be grounded and how they grow is up to them.

You forgot the most important aspect i.e. age. 20% will be sufficient only if you invest from 25 yrs onwards. Beyond a certain age the % will increase

Still not a practical example.. people have medical expenses which cannot be covered in health insurance. After marriage expense increases, kids responsibilities, school fees etc.. you are absolutely right, becoming a crorepati in excel is very simple.. but you made content and made money out of us..

@@MaMusicz After Marriage if you get married to a Working spouse who was smart in their youth and also invested then the expenses of kids balances out. As per medical expenses are concerned tragedy can strike anyone anytime So unless you are a fortune Teller you can't really account for those expenses. Also you are counting the unexpected expense and not the unexpected gains. Maybe someone leaves you some Property/valuables when they pass away Maybe you get a promotion and your salary increases significantly. This is as close to a Practical Example as it could be. Appreciate the man for the knowledge he is giving out totally free instead of being butthurt about everything

@@bhanusharma6539 i think you still didn't get the point.. all you said here are assumptions.. working wife, intellectual mindset etc etc.. being practical is very important while creating a content. Think about the worst case scenario. You are mistaken if you think that he is making content for free.. no all these are repetetive content which you can get in other channels. He makes actual content in paid courses. The problem is he is not well versed with the technical finance and hence struggles to make videos. And hence, he talks philosophies.. remember, don't become philosopher until you become rich.. so he is rich.. understand my friend

some pessimistic tweaks I would recommend: - inflation (and basic needs increase): 7% instead of 5 - equity returns: 12% pre-tax Overall it is a great video and numerically shows the value of disciplined investing. A good way to automate this is to use SIP and have bank mandates deduct it right after salary day.

Great videos sir, buts let's get realistic. You showed 2500 for food, where as my monthly grocery comes to around 4k, add to that 1k fr cylinder. Plus you have mentioned inflation as 5% whereas in real world it's around 7-8%. And in Delhi for 8k you will get a single room not in a good area. In other videos, you have always considered inflation to be 7% why consider less here.

I totally agree with what you are saying .... The fact is , BTC Is the future of crypto and the questions traders ask themselves now if this is right time to invest ? before jumping into conclusion i think you should take a look at things first. for the past few days the price of BTC has been fluctuatin which means the market is currently unstable and you cant tell if it is going bearish or bullish. while others still continue to trade without the fear of making lose, others are being patient. It all depends on the pattern with which you trade and also the source of your signals.I would say trading has been going smoothly for me, i started with 2.5 BTC and i have accumulated over 9.7 BTC in just a month, with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader Mrs Madelyn Donald.

just a paper tiger number, and % assumed are quite high, ppf intrest is decreasing YoY and 15% on equity is again not possible every year with just 1% decrease in overall returns corpus gets effected by 10-15%

All expenses stated in the model are for tier3 city/village. In big cities rent, food and transportation eat up major chunk of salary. Also, only Rs 500 for bills? Please revise the numbers, most of these numbers are highly off the actual average in India. At 50k salary, one will not have more than 10k in hand even on a modest budget.

sir two questions .. 1) ppf has an yearly limit of 1.5 lacs what if we keep investing our 1.5 lacs anually in ppf accounts and rest of the money in equity and other markets? will it be a good choice or it will take more time as it is given as per the excel sheet. 2) after seeing this video with a salary of 50k, 23k is my expenditure and 27k is my invested money, now i dont have any kind of savings or emergancy cash with me and stock market is volatile, if i need some amount of money then how will i get it?? as ppf account has a lockin period and market dosent have a fixed scenario. !!..thank you..!!

Bro, Invest only after saving your emergency funds in form of FDs/RDs. Funds should be equal to your 6 months of salary, at least.

You must put [monthly needs×6 months]money separately as emergency fund. (Suggested by ankur in other videos) then after go for ppf & equity investments

if you have 27k left for spending, put 15k in MF. 5k in PPF and 7k into 3 RD(3,2,2). After one year break one and go buy something or enjoy a trip . One can be used to pay annual insurance and other necessity. That 3k RD in a FD(which should be keep on adding every year)

Ankurji.. I am one of your subscriber and personally I really like your motivation and videos.. But the major facts that you missed here.. ppf is only giving 7%.. In the excel sheet, you missed a major part i.e., Emergency fund, because as per the sheet, it is taking all the remaining amount to be invested.. kids when they are small, have less expenses but as they grow, educational expenses and their own expenses grow a lot.. Current scenario ki baat kare to as per the experts abhi jo inflation India me chal raha hai, that is atleast 6% aur wo shayad aur bhi badega.. kisi bhi public conveyance ka kiraya ekbaar badh gaya, to wo niche nahi aata hai; similarly ekbaar jo chizo ke daam chad gaye to wo kaafi time tak chade hi rehte hai.. Moreover, based on ground facts, govt kabhi kisi bhi product par apne hisaab se GST ke slabs me changes karte rehte hai.. So sir according to me, many factors are either missing or miscalculated in the sheet. But at the end I would also say that you have done a fav job by giving us this sheet, so that we can make the changes and see for ourselves where we stand..

So basically I don't know what's your expenses are but if you are taking 70lakhs loan for say 25 years so your EMI will be around 53-57k So your income has to be "EMI(57k)+EXPENSES=INCOME"

PPF according to this sheet keeps increasing throughout, but technically the max PPF in a year is capped at 1.5 Lakhs so that should also be accounted for ...... This in turn in reality gives us an option to be either more agressive or a bit conservative but all I'm saying that @Warikoo Sir u should take that into consideration

Crorepati is not someone who achieves 1cr saving. It is someone who can spend 1cr at any moment without much thought. For that, one needs several crores. Extremely difficult to achieve through investing only. One needs to create a system (business) along with investing. Like you are doing. You are creating assets (YT videos, training, book, etc) which will keep on generating revenue for you, along with investing. That's the only way to be crorepati from middle class.
