They are evidently a space faring advanced species, they evidently have high quality holographic tech, a simple voice modulator, probably a personal shield and the aforementioned holographic tech likely was the reason for all the sparkles, flight is likely something on his suit or again a feature of whatever he is wearing to enable all of those other features.

@sketchydude8431 Thraxans have perfect memory so they can learn stuff a lot faster and progress as a species to compensate for their short lifespan. Even as babies they remember every little detail. Oliver Grayson mentions in the comic he remembers his entire time on Thraxa and remembers his birth mother with perfect clarity.

@sketchydude8431 when you die in like three years human time you'd have a MUCH briefer grasp of time and do things much quicker. They as a species evolved to learn things basically instantly so they could advance just as rapidly until a point of technology. Then they would need to spend lifetimes trying to advance the current level of technology assuming another species or disaster didn't wipe them out stalling or destroying progress.

@@JohnnyDominionIt's ironic that "inferior" thraxan/viltimite hybrids are in many ways superior to pure blooded viltrumites. Viltrumites seem able to hybridize with just about anything and the resultant offspring always ends up looking like a viltrumite (even Oliver's purple skin doesn't last into adulthood). Imagine how much stronger they could have become if they had leaned into that and used it to improve themselves. I guess they were too hung up on thinking they were already perfect.
