Usually I get higher values using Nanodrop than Qubit and I undarstand why. Last time I got 4 samples much lower than qubit (200ng/ul lower). Do you know how it is possible?

It is hard to compare you results since you are using two different methods to quantitate your DNA; Photometry Abs 260 and Fluorometry. Qubit assays are more sensitive and specific than Abs..
