New all things wicked dbd chapter. Sable Ward's perk
Invocation: Weaving Spiders
When in the Basement near the circle, press the ability button 1 to begin the Invocation.
Invocations take 120/120/120 seconds. Other Survivors will see your aura during this and can join an ongoing interaction, increasing the speed by 50/50/50% each. If they have an Invocation Perk equipped, they increase it by 100/100/100% instead.
Once the Invocation is completed: You become injured and Broken for the rest of the Trial, and all Generators instantly gain 9/12/15 charges.
Completing the Invocation disables that Perk for all Survivors.
I like the idea of this perk having such a strong effect. only thing i would like changed would be to have the progress not regress when you leave it.

Unpopular opinion but i like the idea of this perk. It feels a little weak in the sense of how much time is potentially wasted, i wish the progress didnt regress when you let go of it. but i like the idea of a perk with such a high risk high reward situation.

Worse situation scenario, killer got ultimate weapon and stops your ritual action

@@user-hidden1032jdp Exactly like i feel if there was regression protection it would be viable and something i would run. But definitely excited to see what other invocations come to dbd

@@ineffableesprit6918 Id say 15% across the board for all gens is not a bad effect. if you do it from the start 7 gens x 15% =105% total progress which is around a little bit over a single gens worth of completion which id argue isnt bad. ive used it a few times in ptb uninterrupted (and good to note during the ptb the killers are MOST aware of survivors using this perk) and its effects arent underpowered. the problem comes into regression. because if the killer has ruin it instantly becomes useless till the totem is cleansed. if the killer has perks to interupt the invocation also bad. if it was reworked to lock gens 15% progress so it couldnt regress further i could see it being GENUINELY consistent and reliable. mind you survivors could be doing gens while youre using the perk and the 15% adds to gens regardless if their at 0%

@ObsidianBoosted only if it could lock the 15%gen progress like you said. Then yes it can be worth it. Other than that, having the 4 survivors doing doing a different gen each will be more useful than that perk.

I'm mostly a killerplayer but this really needs a few buffs: It should be like Brand new Parts where 15% is shaved off ENTIRELY The killer should have to "kick" it to regress.

Ive been talking to my friend about this idea too and youre completely right. i play both sides and agree that if its locked to a kick to regress it (maybe unless someone starts working on it) it would be fair. Another option is make the invocation not go any faster than 2 minutes (or 3 if its too strong) and LOUD asf while doing it but the gens get perma locked at 15% progress
