The site makes it less than obvious if it's lever or prong when buying the belt: I had a picture of a lever belt, but in sizes they plugged "prong" at the end. Needless to say, big disappointment. Furthermore, with the difficulty actually adjusting the belt, there is no point in having it that sturdy as you will never get it appropriately tight, unless you have Arnold following you around tightening your belt. Not the 150$+ mistake you want to make.
Hey Armel, you purchased a blemished belt, which in the name of the product tells you to read the product description. We simply have one product where we handled all blemished Inzer belts, both prongs, levers, as well and 10mm and 13mm. In the drop down you selected the variant with the wording "Prong" in the name. We have done everything we can to make this as clear as possible, I am sorry it did not come through for you. Our non-blemished products are separated by style and thickness. Further to this, we went against our policies and allowed you to return the product even though it was listed as Final Sale.
inzer belts never break in. stiff for life. if you like that great. but i find it disturbing that they claim one single piece of leather. when its actually 3 pieces. 2 pieces of shoulder leather and 1 piece of really hard leather than will never break in.
We ship all orders within 1 business day. However we don't stock the double prong belts so it would need to be special ordered which is a 10-14 week process normally.
