While iPadOS 16 added quite a few features over iPadOS 15, I can't say it was a worthwhile upgrade. The upgrades are so small that I can't say that I would have given it a full number upgrade. It's an iPadOS 15.8, if anything.

Older iPads support stage manager, but stage manager doesn’t support them. I hate this company that uses Apple’s name

Also on iPad 8. But I’m still on 14.5.1 jailbroken with fugu14 + unc0ver. That homescreen and lookscreen looks simple compared to my iPad. (I have widgets on the homescreen on my iPad on 14 too)

Hopefully with iPadOS 17 next year they’ll bring all the features that came with iOS 16 for the iPhones to the iPad next year

That’s what’s happening every year now, it began with the widgets. I liked that they separated iPadOS because I expected them to focus more on it that’s beyond iPhones, but nah they just wanna slack

Thats not even ipados, thats ios. Ipados started with ios 13.

@@SOTP. It is technically iPad OS, it’s just rebranded. Like how Apple rebranded OS X to Mac OS 10 or iPhone OS to iOS. It’s still the same exact operation system just renamed. If you look in the iPad’s settings it will say iOS 15 rather then iPad OS 15, it’s just a marketing term, not a completely different operating system.
