Does it really have much more battery life compared to the 11 Pro Max? My battery dropped 5% from 100% with barley doing anything, and switched it to LTE(turned off 5G)

I just got done setting mine up. Coming from a 6 Plus. About same grip size, but bigger display. Spoiler for those coming from Plus iPhones. I am really disappointed that Apple took away the rotation on the Home screen and Reminders. I am so used to having those in landscape mode. So that stings. There may be other apps I did not check yet. They should have made it clear in the event rollout. I am going to give feedback, if enough users complain they will fix the Software.

I live in the south and use a local cell service called CSpire. I ordered an 11 pro max last month on October 8. However, today they called me and told me that Apple would not be fulfilling orders of the 11 Pro Max. Soooo I’m now getting this beast. I was upset at first but it all worked out in the end.

You're making me regret ordering the blue. That gold is lovely. I almost skipped this in favor of a portable dedicated camera for $1K+. It seems that the selling point is the camera which doesn't match a dedicated one. But as they say the best camis the one with you. We'll see.

Love my 12 pro max in Silver. I can’t think of anything wrong with this phone . I’m coming from the I phone XR . Honestly holding the 12 pro max isn’t a big deal for me anyways . I also purchased Apple 🍏 Silicone case in Plum . Love the case . Very high quality case . When your purchasing a expensive new phone you want a really nice sleek case to go with it . Pros and cons turns into a comparison video LOLOLOL

Ugh, I upgraded to an 11 Pro Max 512 gb after my 7’s logic board failed. It was like night and day, I fell in love with the quick charger and battery life, it was a massive upgrade. I can upgrade every year with Apple’s in-house program, but I have to say I really don’t have any interest in the 12. Sure it’s a better phone on paper, but it’s just not that much of an upgrade. Sure some of the things sound great but they’re all just minor, incremental nice to haves. There isn’t a single must have feature of this new phone, and it also in my opinion doesn’t look better than the 11 Pro Max. I think I will pass on upgrading even though it might cut my trade in value when the next phone drops in 2021. Unless you have a serious need for a new phone, or the 5G is your must have feature. I would say you could probably skip the 12 and wait for the next phone which hopefully has some better features.

i'm really tempted now to go to Apple cos each time they have the best performance and overall the after sales services are much better than the competitors, the phone do not loose as much value over time, and you get at least 5 to 6 years of software updates. but i'm wondering something now, with their own Soc will apple really beat Intel best in class CPU ? will the mac be in the near future real powerhouse with these CPU and GPU that will not be found in other companies ? do you think Apple will sell their silicon to other manufacturers?

I have the note 20 ultra and the iPhone 12 pro max. i thought the iphone battery would last longer than the note it doesn't. The note is a better phone. Video stabilization is better and pictures are about the same. if your not stuck in apples ecosystem. The fact that i can stream a movie to my tv and still use my phone like normal is next level. And the fact i can multitask on the note. Expandable memory, dual Bluetooth connections, in screen fingerprint scanner and more. its on another level. Iphone is a generations behind. apple needs to step there game this phone is a refresh of the 11 pro max not worth the upgrade if you have one.

Sorry but keeping the same device for comparison is a must, why would you slip in another device out of the blue all the time. If you want to compare Pixel5 with Iphone 12 with Samsung then put all of the phone in every comparison. Not just the one that suite you cause you re to lazy to do the real testing.

It's not worth it, I switched from Android to iPhone 12 pro max. and immediately regretted it and returned it. It's basically the same as an iPhone 6 I believe everyone would keep their old iPhone if the 🔋 didn't die.

My 12 Pro Max gets 700 down easy.

Man that Note 20 Ultra has such a nicer design compared to the iPhone.
