Same here I was thinking of getting the 13 I’d gain the ultra wide but lose the telephoto And gaming isn’t a important consideration so maybe stick with what I have..still runs well

more than double the cpu and gpu speed and the neural engine is over 25 times faster. battery life is over 30% longer. camera sensor on the main camera is nearly twice as big. screen is nearly twice as bright with true blacks because it uses oled. a bigger screen in a smaller phone. yeah so not a big difference.

True, but it's usually 0.5 seconds vs 1 second, or 1 second vs 2 seconds for starting up different apps. So for the majority of everyday usage for the user the difference is barely noticeable even though the speed of the 13 is 2x the 8 plus.@@alanyu7732

The iPhone 8+ can be bigger and can be wider but the 13 is more powerful and bigger battery so the 13 is maybe the same as 8+

I found an iPhone 8Plus that was iCloud locked no way to contact the owner so I let it sit for a couple months. I just went to turn it on yesterday just to try and fiddle with it and for some reason the iCloud was off of it and I could get into the phone so now I have a iPhone 13 and an 8+ and I realized I spent way too much money on 13 and I should’ve just got the 8

I love my 8 plus but after I got my screen replaced it just wasn’t the same and to make things worse my front facing camera is blurry
