I went from the iPhone 13 Pro Max to the 15 plus in pink! The battery is so much better and even though it doesn’t have 120hz I don’t notice the difference. The iPhone 15 plus is definitely the phone of the year imo! 🎉

@@kwoknation I’m convinced I must’ve had a faulty iPhone 13 PM but never realized it. my touch screen would randomly stop working at times (making me miss calls), the battery drained too fast and sometimes it wouldn’t make the notification sounds (both call&text) and a longer list of other things happened. I honestly didn’t even realize how bad I had it with the 13PM until I got the 15 plus 😂😅

I have the 13 pro max and let me tell you the battery is DREADFUL! I get a few hours out of it and then it needs to be put on charge again. I’m thinking about buying the iPhone 15 plus.

@@lenakatrin I had the 15 for almost a week now and I have to say that I’m loving it. And I’m so use to the size that I can’t look at my iPhone 11 6.1 screen anymore lol I’m a tall girl so I have big hands and the plus size is perfect for me. I personally think you should get the size that’s more comfortable to hold onto, but you can’t go wrong with either one

@@kuriakosejim8696 I had it for almost a week now. And coming from the 11, I have to say the battery life is amazing. Here’s an idea to explain it; I wake up every morning at 6am for work and I have it at 100%. From sending emails on it, using it for zoom meetings, grading assignments, the day ends for me at 3:30pm and my phone is still on at least 70% on a good day. And then I get one my therapy session at 4pm, so it’s a good two hours, and at 6pm, my phone is on 74%. Then I go out with friends til 9pm and my phone then reaches to about almost 50% and that’s for taking pics, scrolling on instagram and using the gps app to find the restaurant and then the bar. So in my experience with the phone, I never had to charge it anytime of the day like my iPhone 11 and I love it

I’m using the same model and it’s quite good with its performance. I charged it up to 80% battery and went outside spending 7 hours hanging out with friends, my battery fell to 65% with the 5G cellular connection, and no portable charger was needed as before. It's a little heat with an outdoor atmosphere of 35 celsius degrees but the screen is still bright and runs smoothly. The photos were sharp and ready to be uploaded on social media platforms. So I love it

I have the 14 Pro Max and I’ve never had a heating problem. My battery health is at 99% and I’ve had the phone since April of last year. This phone never dies.

I really like your videos. Your editing is on point, I would put it as a clean and beautiful edit. If I may, I would do less voice overs, like I think for a video Day in the Life you should do it more vlog style like talking directly to the camera like you did in the café. Other than that great videos and keep on going.

I just ordered the 15+ and pink. Can’t wait for it to arrive tomorrow. I’m coming from a 13 mini. I love the size of the mini… But I do miss the larger screen so after a year and a half I’ve decided to move on to the 15+ I was going to go pro or Pro Max but I really don’t need all the extras so I think the 15+ will be a great fit for me

I set up a galaxy A14 for an old man last week , the phone was around $150.And it had a 90hz display. Its crazy apple doesn't include that on these phones

I have watched so many reviews on the iPhone 15 plus before making my purchase and no one has ever mentioned how the phone overheats, kudos for mentioning that in your review. Just wanted to share my experience maybe you can suggest some ideas. Day one of setting up my new phone - (hours later) I notice the phone was extremely warm while charging and this was long after the phone was updated when I say this people automatically assume that it was charging in direct sunlight or where it was extremely warm (it was charging my my cold room).

So, overheating is only in Pro is it? Was kind of leaning towards the Pro but so scared of overheating since Samsung S6 edge I used to use back in high school literally burnt my hand! Normal video taking & content creation should be fine with the 15, or would you recommend Pro? also, which mic are u using it sounds so clear thanks !

The 15 Plus didn’t overheat at all! I haven’t tried the 15 Pro/Pro Max yet but I think the Pro line of iPhones tends to get hotter under performance tasks (but nothing that will hurt your hand haha) also I use the DJI Mic & the Rode VideoMic Go II!

Been wanting to get a new phone for awhile now (currently using iPhone 6s…yeah that old) and was going for a regular 15pro but after all the “tests” reviewers have done and the heating issue…best to go for this one instead. May need to get used to the bigger size, but the battery and updated specs are what I am prioritizing and not so much “console” level gaming and photography.

Honestly the gaming and photography experience on all the iPhone 15s this year are good enough for most people to not complain about! And for battery life and day-to-day use, this phone will still feel just as fast and snappy, esp coming from an older gen iPhone like the 6s!

I like how you documented your experience with the phone in this video, though I'd go more with the pro (not max, too big) model to get the extra features just in case. I love to see someone that is also a night owl that wakes up between 9 to 10 am and likes coffee at any time, though you seem more productive on that routine. Some schedule advices would be fine cause I know I'm doing it the wrong way.

Hopefully, you didn’t get the 15 Pro this year Richard 😅 It’s the worst phone in the 15 lineup (considering the price) - It has worse battery life and it LACKS the new 5X lens compared to 15 PM.

I typically don’t buy Apple Care+ but I probably should 😂 I’m pretty clumsy with my phone but usually I have a case on and my old iPhones have held up pretty well with drops

Hey bro! Great video! I'm currently using an iPhone 13 Pro Max too and I'm planning to upgrade soon. But completely torn between the 15 Pro Max and 15 Plus. Does it bother you coming from a 120hz phone to 60hz one? Is the ProMotion feature a dealbreaker?

It does bother me since my iPad, laptop, monitor, etc. are all 120Hz or higher 🥲 That’s why I’d still switch to an iPhone 15 Pro Max over this phone, but that’s literally the only reason / biggest deal breaker imo
