@@JohnCarlC So? I put on a transparent back case and a screen protector - it's an expensive device and I don't want to accidentally break it. I carry it in a horizontal belt holster so I don't risk sitting on it. What do _you_ carry around? … some Nokia candy bar plastiphone?

Man I’m enjoying mine, lighter weight is nice and the battery, while not epic like the 13 Pro Max, usually leaves me around 35% after using it for about 15 hours with medium use. I went out the other night with 50% and felt comfortable that I would be fine til morning. No overheating even with streaming or FaceTime. Paired with an AWU it’s a fantastic duo.

I’m still on my 13 Pro Max, and despite the health being at 88%, it’s still the best battery life I’ve ever gotten out of every other iPhone I’ve owned.

I upgraded from the iPhone 11 to the 15 pro max yesterday (512gb) and i must say i am very impressed. I’ve never owned a pro model for an iPhone before. And i can tell that the display is much more vibrant and the system runs super smooth! The camera is absolutely stunning and it was definitely worth the upgrade :)

To be honest, my iPhone 13 pro max is king, 95% battery life after one year use, great photos, great speakers, and most important better quality than iPhone 15 pro max. I need pay 700$ more and I have to worry will my iPhone 15 pro max broke glass when I sit in car (back pocket)? With iPhone 13 pro max no problem!

Coming from a 14 pro to the 15 pro max I’m very satisfied with the battery life. I’ve also appreciated the usb-c. Very interesting trying to still get used to plugging in a usb-c cable to an iPhone 😂. One thing I am confused about though is why they didn’t get rid of portrait mode in the camera area. It just feels obsolete now that we are able to do it after taking a normal photo.

The portrait mode is for portraits of everything especially objects, as apparently, the main mode is designed for when faces of humans and animal are detected. I don’t have a 15 Pro Max and even though some reviewers have said they could get portraits of objects in the regular mode by taping to focus, Apple wouldn’t want something that opaque.

one of the honest reviews I am seeing on iPhone 15 pro / pro max now. I am using it for a week now and I have the similar feeling what you are saying about it. it doesn't feel that sturdy as iPhone 14 pro /pro max. the phone is fast of course but I feel its lacking durability feeling. I can imagine why is that. if the frame were fully titanium, it would be top on durability for sure. but the frame has aluminium inside and titanium outside, which is why I believe the phone is breaking up on drop test.

I’m not sure it is. I went from the 12 pro max to the 14 pro max when it launched. Aside the dynamic island, during normal use, I don’t remember I’m using the 14pm. Now you’re saying 15 pro max is a solid upgrade over the 14 pro max? Nah, it’s not even a noticeable upgrade let alone a solid one.

@@nonsogerard2515⁠the extra 2 GB RAM is a quality of life update. Less app refreshes when multitasking. I hate for example if I was watching a RU-vid video or on an instagram post and switch away to check a text or something and then when I come back the app’s refreshes and the context is lost. The extra 2 GB mitigates that issue significantly. Also, usb-c allows me to finally be able to use my usb4 cables with iPhone and now I can connect my external Samsung t7 drive (with hella movies) and watch movies directly off of the drive. So for my use case, it is a solid upgrade over the predecessor model. It may not be for you and that’s fine. But for me, it was worth trading in the 14 PM.

I bought the 15 pro and 15pro max ! my pro doesn’t overheat but my pro max definitely overheats and it is harsh to hold in hand at high temperatures levels . If you buy this phone and you don’t use a case you definitely will feel the heat .

Why does everybody rave about "Bezel reduction" , My giant hands NEED something to grip the device! Im still using an old 2017 iPad and have no issues at all using it! Recently got the new Kindle Fire 11 Max and it's "Bezel reduction" has made it MUCH HARDER to use! Theres nothing to grip! My iPhone 14 Pro Max was difficult to use till I got a case on it, and now I am wondering with these rounded off no bezel edges on the 15 Pro Max is a case even going to help the "grip" , Grip as in being able to solidly hold the device and not "false touch" the screen with your grip hand?

Please do 1 month review comparison after Apple their Ai an all 3rd party software developers can optimize for new 15pro hardware, Companies manufacture parts to Apple design requirements, Apple devices are different because they design both the hardware an software working together, disappointing 15pro is less durable than 12-14pro but have 15pro on order hoping for the best experience if not will return, 👍👍video

Yes but Samsung manufacturing efficiency is why iPhones were not delayed. Apple demanded reduced bezels and because Samsung expertise in display production they were able to meet apples request. It’s a win for the customer.

@@nickackermanchannel you’d be surprised at how many commenters confuse Samsung ASSEMBLING iPhone displays with Samsung DESIGNING iPhone displays. Apple calibrate, design and spec all of the displays they don’t use any Samsung technology. Samsung’s ability to scale up to deliver large orders is legendary and built one of the biggest and best assembly plants in the world.

Does anyone else have such a problem on the iPhone that when the screen is turned off and you tap it with your finger to wake it up, it turns on after about 2 seconds, not smoothly, it just suddenly lights up and Face ID then doesn't work? I will add that it only happens sometimes, but it is still very irritating

I have the 14 pro max and I been debating and normally I upgrade every year but this year I been debating but is it really worth the upgrade because I heard the 16 is the one to wait for and I can’t really see what’s worth upgrading other then a slightly better camera and all the things you can do with c port but give me 5 real reasons to upgrade because im not seeing any real speed difference and my battery on my 14 is amazing it last me like a day and half

The fact that I can't be in one app while a pop up a calculator is in the corner on a pro max is kinda insane. IOS is all about being convenient but I'm switching apps to multiply and divide😑

Yeaa I'm using an S23 (samsung) currently and have been tempted by the iPhone 15 However the lack of multitasking is making me hesitate 😅 Android allows me to open a calculator on top of another app

@@ancaioanastoica5884 me me tooo!! I'm using the note 20 ultra and I have my quick tab set up so it looks invisible and it quickly pops up a calculator when ever I need it in any app. I want to switch to iPhone but it's just going to be slower in the long run

This is the one thing that holds me back on buying an iphone, although it has a very powerful chip, doesn't really allow users to multi task. No split screen and no floating apps either like the calculator.

Look, I am going to get this phone by taking advantage of a great new customer deal by Verizon. I enjoy Apple products, but let's not pretend that they are not WAY behind Android when it comes to some basic features. My $200 Motorola allows me to split screens. I thought this phone would at least have that!

No excuse for a phone to get hot for the $$$ you pay. So tired of the release it now and fix it later. And by fixing it Apple will throttle the chip.

Currently have the 13PM, its great an all still but im considering upgrading possibly. Only reason why I would want to upgrade is because my Ultra Wide camera lens stopped working, flashlight stopped working here recently and I've also noticed that whenever I let my phone die all the way down to zero percent and when I put it back on the wireless MagSafe charging stand, it has a tendency to restart a few times on the apple logo whenever its on the home screen just charging from that zero percent to like 5%. Only thing though is like I owe like $479 to my carrier as a down payment for the 15 pro max 256GB 🙃
