Great video, very concise. I only upgrade every 4-5 years specifically so I notice a significant difference. Went from the 6s to the 11, now thinking of the 15.
Went from 13 mini to 15pm. Yes it’s different but not by much. The battery and screen size are the major differences. But in returning in the 15pm it’s heavy and my pinky is hurting.
Thanks for the video I have just ordered my upgrade which I thought was the 15 pro but after seeing my order confirmation it looks like just the 15 (silly me) 😂 I think I will be more than happy with the 15 with what it does.
Great video man, I upgraded from a 12 Pro Max to 15 Pro Max. After getting used to the 120Hz display, going back to phones with 60Hz is pretty jarring.
I got the iPhone 15, simply because Verizon offered to pay off the remaining balance on my 13 pro max ($500) and gave me ($415) off the iPhone 15. So I got it for under $600
Did you stick with a 15 or go back to your 13 Mini. I have both and leaning back on the 13 mini, it's so great to carry and in my testing isn't a huge step down from the 15 Pro in terms of camera.
Thank you so much for your review. I couldn't decide between the 15 and the pro and your review helped me decide to go with the 15 instead of the full out upgrade to the pro as im unlikely to use the video features of the pro. I'm upgrading from the X so either will be a massive improvement.
Hello sir, like you video. Kindly advise, I have never used an iPhone. So now I am planning to buy one but confused between iphone 15 or iphone 15 pro. I am not a hard core content creator and I am not a gamer. I do take videos in my gym and and pictures of food and upload it on Instagram. My main use is of camera basically. It's my first time for an Iphone please advise. Thank you.
Hello, i would like some tips, I use an old android for 3 years already (Oppo A53), I want to buy my first Iphone and I was thinking to wait to see the base 16, or should I go for the 15 pro? What would you guys recommend?
Informative review, thanks. Especially the summary. Sure it would be good to have 120Hz on a regular 15, but Pro series also have things out of logic - set with 2.0 cable look like a bad joke for the price and it is really annoying. I can't see substantial difference between 60Hz and 120Hz, but I still use 2016 model SE with same 60Hz and it is still smooth. The camera and screen size are the only options causing the necessity of upgrade. I think the regular 15 will be acceptable.
@@MiltonPalomino-rf9cd There are three generations of SE ) I have the oldest one. It is still great, smooth. The only cons - screen size and camera do not fit perfectly my current needs.
I’m upgrading from a 12 mini, battery health is becoming a serious problem but thanks to you I realised I don’t need a pro iPhone so I’m getting a regular iPhone 15 Thanks!
Great video, thank you! I am upgrading from the iPhone XR which I've had for 5 years. Since the most recent IOS 17 upgrade, the phone no longer works well, freezing all the time, and after taking one picture, it closes. It also is so slow now, it is not useful, and text messages seem to take days to download. That said, have been having a difficult time deciding between the 15 and 15 Pro, as well as the larger size PLUS or Max. I like the camera pictures on the Max, but don't believe it is worth the heavier phone. I am wondering if the 15PLUS is heavier or harder to handle? I also always keep a cover on my phone, which adds to the weight at times.
Thanks! It all depends what you want from the phone and what is most important to you. If screen size is more important, then the Plus or Max maybe more suitable. Otherwise, if weight is more important, then the iPhone 15 is the lightest and best to handle. The 15 Pro is sort of the middle ground where you get slightly better camera, but it is heavier than the standard 15. I hope that helps somewhat.
Thanks Chuen, ordered iPhone 15 for myself.. switching from Android... iPhone 15 in my opinion was a good upgrade to switch to compared to last year's 14.. Cheers!!
I just got the iPhone 15 base model and im having trouble trying to figure out what type of airpods are good for this phone? Or the BEATS BY DRE? any recommendations?
iP15 looks great value a big plus for me is the getting 2x good quality shots over previous models. Just out of interest your video in your office looks great. Was that the a6600 or the rx100 ?
Probably a stupid question because the answer is so obvious. But im not stacked with cash. So should i upgrade from the iphone X (10) to Iphone 15? I work a lot around instagram, so again the answer should be obvious. But just wanted to hear what you got to say.
Yes, the iPhone 15 would be huge upgrade in terms of camera capabilities. IMHO: But if you are on a budget, perhaps consider a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro - would be just as good.
Great information, Chuen! But, is there something wrong with me? I still like my 6+ year old iPhone7 that still works just great! Any real compelling reason to upgrade to the iPhone 15?
Thanks! Appreciate the kind words. I kept my iPhone 8 Plus for 4 years until I upgraded to the iPhone 13 mini. So, nothing wrong at all. If you're happy with your phone stick with it!
Apple marketing wants you to believe that 120hz display is SUCH a thing. Well, many sub $200 androids pack 120HZ AMOLED displays. Personally, in a day to day usage you hardly notice any difference, particularly in those 6 inch screens. Yes, you would better notice the difference in much larger displays like your monitor. In short, don't fall for Apple's marketing, and go for what's right for you, instead of going for the PRO models as your default choice. Imagine this way. You pay the same price for both non-pro and pro but you get FREE Airpods Pro with iPhone 15. Yes, $200 is not a small amount of difference.
Bro i am currently using iphone 13 pro and i am facing some issue in my phone so i am thinking to upgrade to iphone 15 or 15 pro. The only difference that would impact me is refresh rate. As i am coming from 120hz so do you think it’s worth to spend extra $200 for higher refresh rate?
@@angadbir8427 Depends. 120hz feels so good, there's no going back. Going back to 60hz takes a few hours to get used to. If you can afford the extra 200 go for it, if not then you're completely fine. Iphone 16 is coming out in less than 2 months, at this point I'd wait and see if the 16pro is better.
Awesome video Me and my mom are using iPhone 8 plus we both want to upgrade for a better camera I take lots of nature photos what the extra expense of the iPhone 15 Pro be worth it I don't see myself using ProRAW
