Correction: Only iPhone 16 Pro's battery has metal enclosure but not of 16 Pro Max's , next people are already complaining 16 Pro ( with metal enclosure) is heating up substantially 😢
The 16 Pro Max doesn’t have the metal encased battery oddly, fyi. Maybe Apple figures it’s less likely to overheat and already has crazy long life. Will be interesting to see how the battery health compares down the road between the models.
I found this to be so interesting myself. I ended up going with the regular pro model this year instead of the max & I am happy I did because I wanted to see how the stainless steel enclosure helps long term.
I heard and seen a video that the 5G speeds are much slower with the 16’s because the new camera button is where the 5G antenna used to be. Can you do a video on that? If that’s the case I’ll pass on the iPhone 16.
I wonder if Apple will ever release a MagSafe battery pack update with USB C, more capacity, stronger magnets, faster charging, Find My capability, and whatever else they could easily do.
Apple is using the Stacked Battery Technology this year which allows a 10% increase in battery capacity but it also increases the longevity of the battery and slows its degradation. It will produce less heat too compared to previous batteries.
disclaimer to everyone who probably doesn’t know and is thinking about getting the base model. well, now with marco and ultra wide, the 16 base model can shoot 24MP photo capture support for the first time for non-Pro iPhone. 😊
All I know is that I'll still be getting Apple's A.I. in my MBP M3 Max, and iPad Pro with the M2 chip. Therefore, I'm not really missing out on this year's iPhone. My iPhone 14 Pro Max is still more than capable. The iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max is where it's going to be! I'm hoping for Thunderbolt 4, the best battery, more GPU/CPU, and even better zoom! 🤞🏽
4:25 every button on iPhone should have this type of full control, different feature settings allowed for: light touch, half press, full press, hold press, double press, triple press, double button press, or button press off
How are these “hidden” features when they’re clearly explained in the event? Audio mixing, wifi charging, charging speeds, macro photography, 4k 120fps, all of these were in the event. They aren’t “hidden”
Yeah, I’m actually coming from a 13 Pro Max as my personal phone and 11 for my business phone and definitely am going to upgrade to these as these are massive jumps at least in my case
I didn’t know the camera button was customizable and could be turned off. The features are pretty good honestly. Just have to ignore it looking the same..
Coming from a 14Pro, the 16 is a nice upgrade. The camera button, if only for instant access to the camera makes it worth while. The phone now functions like a mirrorless or DSLR in the you just pick it up and hit the shutter to take a photo. No touch screen needed.
