Thank you, finally i was able to pair my Iphone 5s with my Philips speaker after hitting forget device on my phone. Great job explaining, people like me appreciate your help so much.
My devices to connect to in Bluetooth were refreshed and no longer even show up... It’s frustrating but I’ll live. The real problem is that I kind of saw it coming but forgot about it by the time my parents go to it and I only remembered afterwards.
I could connect for music but not for phone calls-- Unless I used the bluetooth device to accept the call, or pressed the audio button on the incoming call screen and selected bluetooth there.
Thank you so much. I have a plantronics m70 and couldn't get it to connect. I messed with it for like an hour until I watched this video. I turned the Bluetooth setting OFF first before doing a reset network and when the phone powered back on it finally found my device! Thank you
+Sasem Lunc Thank you...I did not know this and it does have to be off. My bluetooth was only working within 2 feet of the phone, I couldn't even put it in my pocket while listening over a bt headset! Now it works!!! Thanks again.
I have a Bluetooth problem. It won’t show the button to switch it on/off, instead it will show a spinning wheel and I did try to reset my settings and the phone in general but I don’t know what to do
Thank you! Apple's help info. was of no help and I dreaded driving 30 minutes to the nearest Apple store to get this fixed. Your video helped fix the issue in 2 minutes, so THANK YOU for sharing :o)
Tried this & didn't work for me but I was able to find the root of my issue by disabling the bluetooth on my IPad and then trying again to pair my phone with wireless Bose speaker & it worked - perhaps try doing that first before throwing your hands up- it may be a conflict with multiple devices..
went out of my way to spend my first youtube comment on this, yes it worked!!! but i had to follow other commentors advice and turn bluetooth off before resetting. i spent a frustrating hour trying to fix a dog nanny cam when i should have just looked this dude up first. thanks a million!!!!!
Orrrrrr you can just start Bluetooth and then when u are about to start your headphones for example instead of letting go of the button hold it down for a few seconds and it will pop up on your mobile device.
No. That didn't work. My iPhone 6s cannot connect to any phone on Blutooth, not to even another iPhone. It keeps on searching devices and nothing happens then. Is there another way I can fix that?
I talked to the customer care regarding the issue and they told me that Bluetooth on an iPhone connects with other Apple devices but not with another iPhone and Android phones.
sktneer No this way is not smart. Just start Bluetooth and then when u are about to start your headphones for example instead of letting go of the button hold it for a few more seconds and it will pop up on your phone.

Hello. I have an Iphone 5s , but i have tried this and doesn't work at all. I just don´t know what else to do. Do I have to take my iphone to an apple store to fix that problem?any suggestion
Just Click On The Information (i) button next to whatever device you want to connect and click forget this device and then repair your phone to it .. It should work
My phone for some reason has a Bluetooth that doesn’t even turn on, it just says “off” but when I click into Bluetooth settings there’s just a loading sign, no on nor off button. It’s super weird, I can’t seem to find the fix for it, can someone help?
This reset stuff does not work. I've tried resetting the network and resetting our iPhone 6+'s multiple times. Mine will not connect with my 2012 Mercedes nor will my wife's with her 2010 Lexus. Our iPhone 4's connected just fine. Time for Apple to admit there is a problem and fix it!
omgg.. i have the EXACT problem! it all went wrong when my phone automaticaly updated to the new ios 10! my iphone connected to my car bluetooth.. but the sound won't come thru my car speaker.. it'll still come out from my phone speaker. any help with this? :(
Apple should do a recall on the iPhone 6 plus bluetooth issue, always restarting the phone to get it to work again. There are problems on on iPhone 6 plus with bluetooth!
