Thank you for this video! This is the second time this happens and I forgot how to do it. Good think I woke up without an alarm, because I would miss my flight, my phone was charging and then I woke up to it black, but still responsive. I just forced it to shut down and then turn up again and it worked.
Ive done the force restart but it turns right back off soon as it shows the logo and ive been trying for weeks. And before it turns off it glitches kinda for a split second some kind of green color like you would see if yhe screen was damaged or if i got hacked. I know the screen isnt damaged however so idk
I did it. I did all But my lcd is nothing to see, but there's a light on lcd but no apple logo.. What's possible issue in this situation? Please answer🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
My phone vibrates and makes the charging g sound but the screen doesn’t work. It worked for a second then when I snapped it in to place it stopped working. Hopefully you can find a solution

Though it won't work for anyone, but you can still try to put your phone into rice to dry the water. And then try all the steps in this video to eliminate the software-related problems. If the issue still persists, then you'll need to go to Apple Repair Center to check the hardware.

My iphone 13 suddenly turned off while using..it turned black and shows a horizontal green line on top..i cannot turn it on now but can hear the bell and msge sounds.

Is there a computer near you? Try downloading iTunes or Finder on the machine and putting your device into recovery mode to fix the problem with the program.

I recently dropped my iPhone 13 from a height of about 12cm. While the screen didn't crack or show any visible damage, it's now showing a black screen. However, the phone still rings and I can hear notification sounds. Does this mean I need to replace the display, or is there another solution? Any advice would be appreciated!
i have the same problem! but my iphone just randomly starts to get into the black screen i can hear everything but when i restart it like the second method it works normally for about from 3 seconds to 10 minutes and it shows me a black screen again
@@Strikerffh4x Do you remember your Apple ID and password? If so, you can log in to iCloud.com, choose Find My iPhone, and then erase your phone remotely. Note that this will delete everything on your phone so make sure you have backups.
I updated the iphone 14 pro max, it was still okay when it was updating, when I finished updating I plugged in the charger after 5 to 10 minutes I checked it again and it was black... my iphone 14 pro max is alive but I don't see the screen because it's black... This is because you held might have probably held the volume up + volume down + Power button at the same time! You should press the volume up first and realease and immiediately press the volume down and realse too, then now press and hold the power button

My dad has an iphone x that he didn’t use for a very long time. I put it on charger for about 4 hours, I can hear it vibrating and I hear the charging sound but it’s not turning on.
