My wife’s 13 pro max had the white screen of death and we spent like $100 worth to have it repaired since it’s out of warranty. Thing is, it happened after an update to 17.03. I’ve been a long time Apple user but this totally sucks. Apple should be filed a class lawsuit for this kind of poor customer service.
Shouldve had it brought to apple service provider. I got mine fixed for free with a new original display from apple. Apple knew this issue so thats why when my device passed their initial diagnosis, they covered the display cost and labor fees
Its not only apple, all iphone white are related to the green line issue that a lot of android phones have too. So, the entire consumer group is at loss on this one.
A lot of iPhone 13 units in the Philippines has the same issue including my partner's. And Apple won't even acknowledge their poor product quality. So sad. I just lost confidence in their products.
I feel like i have been scammed.. im a midlle glass girl who works so hard and bought 13pro max at 1.4 lacs just to see this day.. unfortunately my phone is not under warranty
great video so true , this needs to be addressed . i got the same issue with 13 pm at 17.4.1 update after using it this phone for about 1.7years. the display charges aplied ( not under warranty) are 30k (300usd) for a fault THAT IS CAUSE BY APPLE . even samsungs have this issue ,i dont know which phone i could trust after this .
Yesterday, i faced the same white screen issue and i also talked to many of my friends they suggested me to onlh get it repaired from apple service center ...... So my question is - If i get it repaired by spending 30k will the problem will be solved completely or after some days i will suffer this problem again Plzz reply as soon as possible 🙏

Same problem with me 1 phone 13 pro max i pay for repair 1500hkd but I don't know how long can work apple asking me 4000hkd for change screen all scamer this time
currently experiencing this issue right now and I can't leave my device to apple service since I don't have a spare phone + they want me to pay $500 including the technician fee.
Maine just ye problem face ki hain meri mobile warranty me the aur main authorised service center me diya hain..but abhi tak unhone mujhe kuch bataya nehi hain ke kya hua mere phn ko.....i really want to know about the reason for this white screen issue..maine phn update nehi kiya firvi mujhe ye problem hui hain..😢
I am one of the victim of this Apple iphone (13 pro max). I lose all the trust about this Big company. Worst developers and very worst testers ruining users experience and hard earned money. My phone is finally upgraded with 17.1 version and enhances as torch light.

Hello everyone, I too faced same issue with white screen and it’s out of warranty. So i took to apple centre and they charged me 2.3k for running diagnosis charges and replaced my screen with free of cost. So please visit different apple authorised centre and they accept your case and replace it for free. Mine got replaced in Bangalore.
