Very cool idea. Centering devices like this have been around for a long time, but never applied in this manner. Nice job. By the way, your hyperlinks to the product and web navigation are not working. If you need and parts for that rig, I'd be glad to take a look at them. Thumbs up.

Very clever idea. Well done. Have you considered making one of these steady rests in a larger size? This would be too small for most of the hollow forms that I turn. Perfect for spindle work. Good luck.

Mark Kingston I doubt it. Our country is done, in my opinion. America decided it was better to send our manufacturing to China so they could save a few bucks for an inferior product that won’t last a decade, rather than support their countrymen who made a quality product and only wanted a living wage so they could provide for their families. How has that made America great?

Holy shit you're charging an arm and a leg for it. I love the concept but you're charging on average between 150 - 250 dollars more than other steady rests.
