The white dip where you dipped the samosa in was not for the samosa rather it was a salad (raita) to be eaten alongwith the biriyani to cool off the spice level.... For drink try mango lassi next time...also try warm gulab jamun with vanilla icecream a great combo 🤤...try tandoori chicken, garlic naan and butter chicken too

Biriyani is my absolute fav food in the world (if it is well made). And it tastes divine with the white sauce (raita). It cools it down and enhances the flavors.
