I would like to confirm that this was filmed before the Coronavirus was a thing, so the germs I am spreading by touching my face, coughing and then breaking chocolate and giving it to Davey are just regular germs. 😂🥰

Clisare - don’t worry Clare!, in a few weeks this whole corona thing will be a fun memory of some time off work, and better spent with family/friends! “Are people meant to have cocoa at that high levels?” My dude, I used to work in a grocery store that had strait-up cocoa nibs in the bulk section. I’d ask customers who got them what they did with them, one lady said she mixed them with her coffee grounds to get mocha coffee.

Clisare's reaction to dark chocolate is the same as mine to white "chocolate." To me 55% isn't even dark chocolate. I mean I know it is technically, but I like mine at least 70%.

The trick with very dark chocolate is to have a very warm mouth so it melts and doesn't taste like crayons. A nice warm tea before eating works great. Especially if the tea isn't sweetened. Sweetened tea will seemingly take the little bit sweetness out of the chocolate.

"this is the kinda chocolate they eat after Russian Roulette" my favorite soft truffles, are these ones my mom got me for my 21st birthday. And they were 98% cacao, and then dusted with more cacao on the outside to make them not stick to each other. They were divine. So watching this has been too funny

Dude!!! I know!!! Like I worked at both Lindt and Godiva and like anything below 75% is not dark to me it's just milk with some bitterness. They couldn't handle the clarity of the cacao.
