To all complainers, be glad you can go somewhere and still hear music like this. The Temptations have only one original member, but they still sound damn good, as these guys do. We do not live forever. Be happy!
RIP RON BUSHY Many thanks for this Video ! Hello friends, I am also a big fan of Iron Butterfly : The legitimate female successor to RON BUSHY is the fantastic SINA Döring (sina-drums) from Germany. Sina has been on RU-vid for 10 years. Now only 24 years old, she's a natural talent and covered this classic song perfectly on 2017, December ! She will finish her musik studies in the Netherlands in early summer and then do her master's degree in London. Sina now has more than 600 Million views worldwide with more than 500 excellent videos ! She has most of her fans in Amerika ...
Only original still living is Doug Ingle. If they were still with us, they would be pushing 80. I know they reunited in 1991, and they had reunited breifly through the years. You can find a lot of videos on RU-vid. the fact that their stuff is still played in a live music venue is great.
WEll i liked them just fine i don't know for sure why i jumped on this today but i'm glad i did i did like the origional fine but these guys do well on they're own as well thanks guys for keeping the music alive the psychedelic sound i love so much is there with these guys thanks much !
the drummer is actually a pretty good at Ron Bushy's style of drumming ..He's good the guitarist needs a steel pick to get the sound of the original guitar other that they are good.....
They should NOT be encouraged or allowed to use the REAL band's original name without a visible disclaimer posted at concerts/performance entrance doors......There ARE Copyright Laws
To Dec des fraud is fraud. This is not iron butterfly.and you are not a proper music critic ,but someone who lacks the understanding of taking on the name of a band to which you have no legal right to, is bullshit
I can’t complain because they were such cool guys. I am glad that the other drummer Ron Bushy is cancer free now. He wasn’t playing the show due to health reasons
@@mrcool665 cool or not (which I know at least one isn't "cool"), it's ridiculous to call yourself something you're not. Ron's blessing or not, not totally his to give anyhow.
This is the sad trend with some bands, KISS for example will go this way. The trademark holder even if the original musicians have 'retired,' will still have a version with younger players out booking in smaller venues making a few bucks.
Eric Barnett is the best guitarist they had as far as raw talent and reproducing earlier work. He's been in the band for over 20 years, so say what you like about the other musicians, but not him.
