I could not live without Iron Maiden; I'm 36 and I've been listening to Iron since I was 11; I remember the first metal album I bought in absolute was Killers and from that day my life changed. Up the irons forever! We just have to bow to the biggest heavy metal band in the world
Was fortunate enough to see Maiden on this tour Bruce’s voice was amazing considering what he’s come through try and catch them on tour guys if you can amazing set list the best band ever in my opinion 😊🤘❤️
the only bad thing is some of Bruce's outfits. He looks so bad. This one and 2 minutes he wears good outfits but the rest are pretty bad towards the end.
They will play on the next Rock in Rio in Brazil in 2019 with the Legacy of the Beast show... They could film the show and make it as a live album for the LotB tour... Or make like The Book of Souls Live Chapter, with tracks from a lot of places where they played in the LotB European and (I wish) World Tour in 2018/2019...
Have been following maiden since 1980 and seeing them live nearly 30 times around Europe, I still love the passion and pure love for live gigs!!! There is nothing better! And this gig was awesome being 40ft from the stage, I did see them 3 more times in England but Sweden ROCKED!!
This performance makes you wonder why it took them so long to get The Clansman back in their set. So much better than the album version and still the best live act out there.
Better then the Album Version? You can say about Blaze what you want, but this song is HIS song... (i don´t say, the Bruce version is bad, but it´s not better)
terrific you just described why they are over rated. Their 13 LPs just sounded more and more the same as time went by. Good musicians true, unlike KISS who I DESPISE and much better people but overrated (So many mediocre tweeny tunes) if still a good band who still play live gigs with energy. Better Live than studio. IMHO. I liked them best at the start with Paul Di Anno but then the operatic style is not my thing. More punk and Slayer please. THAT is METAL. Maiden are hardly Hard rock to me. No balls but I will say this was a passionate and good performance.
@@tannerboyle7719 ok black sabbath and Iommi started It, but Judas redefined the sound, Halford best metal voice ever, KK+Glenn best dual heavy metal guitar in history (Glenn is probably the best heavy metal guitarist ever). Sabbath started It, no doubt about that, but Judas is the best heavy metal band ever, they set the bar and only Maiden comes close.
@@mirkodelligatti6680 Sabbath WERE the first and best 'Metal band' ever but they did not 'start' Metal- Led Zeppelin did and if you don't agree ask Geezer Butler and Ozzy but hey what would they know right? They were the Beatles of the 1970's. Last night I saw Robert Plant in Gröna Lund Stockholm, still blowing our minds and utterly strong. Last time for me was Led Zeppelin 1979 at Knebworth. 3 1/2 hours of music that puts this 'metal' into perspective. Better songs, better musicians and John Bonham! No contest even IF Halford IS a great singer and Priest a great band, Who says so, Why Judas Priest! Just as with Sabbath and Deep Purple it was Led Zeppelin who cracked the metal Code first and inspired the others to become 'metal'.
